Dr.. Yanez is an excellent Doctor. He performed my mommy makeover.FANTASTIC. The results were beyond my wildest expectations. Everyone at the office treated me kindly and with so much respect. Dr. Yanez is an excellent doctor. I have seen him on numerous occassions for Botox in my forehead. He is very caring and very thorough and each visit to the PPSD Blakeney office has been a pleasant expierence for me. The front office staff, as well as the nursing assistants are always very friendly and helpful. Recently I underwent breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Yanez. He was completely thorough about what to expect from the procedure and recovery, answering all my questions to my complete satisfaction. I recently saw Dr. Yanez for filler injections. These were done in the corners of my mouth. The results were immediate (although I was a little swollen) and I was very pleased with the outcome. Five years gone immediately. I will be definately be back to PPSD and recommend him to my family and friends. more

Unfortunately after having my breast done by . Dr, Yanez in 2011 my breast are now noticeably different sizes, one is encapsulated and I have had continuous problems with the incision site underneath by arm pit that has not fully healed and becomes infected often due to the hair follicles around the incision area. Less then a year after my surgery I contacted Dr. Yanez's office and even sent picture to show the issues I was having but nothing was said or done about my situation. I left messages with Jackie with no call back. I am now having to consider a second breast enhancement in order to correct the mistake that were made which are causing my high insecurities. \r \r more

I went to Dr Yanez for a cosmetic consult for a breast lift. I was very nervous and Dr Yanez is so nice and it made me feel much better and more comfortable with my visit. He went through different options and told me which options were best for me. He really spent the time with me and I didn't feel rushed during my visit at all. He answered all my questions and concerns. I decided to have my surgery and I had such a wonderful experience at his office. He talked to me before my surgery and went over everything again with me. I am so pleased with my results. I look very natural and that was one of my concerns about if I wanted to have the surgery or not. Dr Yanez wants you to be happy with your decision and he does what's in your best interest, if he doesn't think it'll look right, he will tell you and that's exactly what I wanted. I wanted someone to be honest and help me with what would be right for me and that's exactly what Dr Yanez did for me. I highly recommend going to see Dr Yanez. I referred him to 2 of my friends and they had their surgeries and they're very happy decisions like I am. more

What a great team! Went to Dr. Yanez for some minor surgery and after he noticed some irregular skin tags he sent me right accross the office to Dr. McLeod. How convenient to have plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the same office. more

It is rare that I write reviews, but I must do so in this case. I was soooo impressed with Piedmont Dermatology. The staff was great!! Dr. Mcleod and the others are very professional and take time.
