I called to order new windows for my house. The salesman arrived as scheduled, showed me the information and the did what he had to. A few days later he called to let me know he had the pricing done and came for a second appointment. He was very prompt, polite and knowledgeable with the products. Got a phone call from Yancey setting up the pre measurement and then the install, great customer service from the office staff who were also very knowledgeable. The team, Miguel and Jim, came out to premeasure the windows and then to do the installation. What a professional team these two are. They are extremely polite, neat, well mannered, and conscious of the client at all times. Miguel and Jim kept each work area clean as they went along and made sure there was not debris anywhere before they left. They offered the absolute best customer service I have ever received from any contractor and I would definitely highly recommend Yancey to anyone needing work done. At this point, I am impressed with the excellent communication and long-standing business service to the greater Sacramento area. It is a family-owned business, which I prefer to work with on this kitchen remodel project for countertops. However, I am still in the planning/estimate stages. Our job is not finished yet, but so far we have had a fantastic experience w/ Yancey Company. Robin's design sense, Patricia's flexibility, Tom's speed, accuracy and kindness put us right at ease. Most of our contact, however, has been with Mike King and his crew. Mike and his crew's expertise in all facets of construction, excellent work ethic and affable personalities have been a pleasure to have in our home. Mike, especially, has gone above and beyond on many levels; though we'll be glad to have this job completed, we will miss having him/crew around. more

Yancey hired a subcontractor to do the bathroom remodel in two rooms. He, Eric Leeth, did a terrific job for us. He was well-organized and cleaned up the work area daily before he left. He was immediately responsive to our concerns for certain aspects of the work outcome. I'd hire either Yancey or Eric in a trice. more

First, Yancey Co. was willing to take on my small bathroom (5' x 7'), so that was a great start. Some other companies didn't even bother to call me back! Tom met with us on a Saturday to look at the showroom and plan the remodel. We decided on a total gutting of everything in there. About 3 weeks later, the job began. Because there was so much work and very little space, the job was planned for a possible 6 days. However, Mike and his partner finished in 4 days. Our new bathroom is fantastic! more

We were very pleased with the whole experience. They took their time with us and showed us a variety of materials until we saw what we wanted. They answered all the questions we had about the process. The estimates they gave us for a finished date were right on. Their worker, Mike, is a jewel. He was here everyday when he said he would be, usually very early and many days we left before he did. He did an excellent job making sure everything was done to perfection. We would certainly call them for any other remodeling we needed. Very Good doesn't even begin to discribe thier work. The are Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

We had the hall bath tiled--floor and tub surround -- new window, tub, granite countertop and sink, fixtures,fan, and toilet installed. Mike was easy to talk to and did a beautiful job. We love the new bathroom! So much that Yancey will be doing our master bath next month:) Yancey also replaced 2 patio doors and a window--we are very happy with these, too. We have been very happy with the quality of work and products used on both projects to date. more
