Great! 12/27/2011

I have dealt with a few auto repair places in the area and Xtreme is by far the best!! Their honesty astounds me because they really take the time to explain what?s going on and encourage getting a second opinion? which I did and Xtreme came in lower and seemed like they would take care of my car thoroughly. Very bad service, untrustworthy repair shop 12/26/2011

Upon a head gasket change many parts where missing or damaged. Timing belt cover was broken, glued together, then painted to hide glue. Multiple vacuum lines were not connected, simple clamps where overlooked. Sloppy and destructive work habits. Costs the customer more money in the long run. No thanks. Shop is too small and the gravel driveway is to filthy to accommodate a professional result for every job. more

Wouldn't go anywhere else! 12/16/2011

We have had them work on two of our trucks. They are very friendly and good at explaining the different issues. They let you know how much it is going to be first and they are accurate on the price. We wouldn't go to anyone else to have this type of work done other than to them. more

Competent and Courteous 12/7/2011

Brought my car to Xtreme Auto to address an airbag light recall and check the brakes. Another shop originally did the diagnostic and determined my car needed new drive belts (240), front brakes pads and rotors (570), and a list of 'recommended' service. I paid for the belts but I knew the rotors were just fine (no warping whatsoever!). I decided I wasn't going to get ripped off at dealership so I reached out to Xtreme on a recommendation from a friend. Xtreme took care of brakes with OEM part for less than the first place and confirmed I didn't need rotors. Frank and staff were courteous and seemed pretty competent, I'll definitely be back. more

Just What You Want From Your Auto Shop 11/29/2011

Just what you want in a reliable auto repair business - they tell you what you need and don't try to sell you stuff you don't. I've taken three different vehicles to them with concerns and and twice I was told that I didn't need to repair anything, or I could wait awhile before replacing a part. That makes it more likely I'll return for all my repairs, because I trust them to fix what's needed and nothing else. Most professional shops use the same rate book to price their repairs; finding one you trust can be tough, so I'm glad I did. more

Honest and Accommodating 11/15/2011

I have been going to Frank for my car repairs for 3 years now and I will always bring my car to Xtreme. Frank always does right by me and my family. He is very honest and sincere like his ad says and the rest of his staff is also very personable and accommodating. more

Can't Be Beaten 11/14/2011

I actually heard about this place from a friend who lives 2 hours away and just happened to have their car break down in Grants Pass. I have taken my car here twice and I'm about to take it again tomorrow, all for unrelated issues. They do everything from major repairs like replacing fuel injectors to re-attaching your side view mirror. They always have your car ready so fast and I haven't found a mechanic that can beat their prices. I even mentioned to someone that I took my car here and they said ""Oh yeah, that's where I take my car, they are awesome."" I would definitely recommend them to anyone. more
