This place is the most honest, hard working, and speedy mechanic I've worked with. I brought my subaru outback in with torn axel boots. He said he could replace the axels, boots and joints for an amazing price and do it while I wait! I had been to Sears a few weeks earlier where I waited for over 6 hours before they even started working on my car and they quoted me over double the price of Xpertech! more

Have used Xpertech for years. They've kept my ancient Honda going for a long time, and are always careful to tell me what work is essential for safety, versus what work would be good to do if I want to keep the car going as long as possible but not if I plan to trade up soon. \r \r Their parts prices are reasonable, and because they are expert and efficient the labor costs have been lower than I've paid other places. \r \r Xpertech is slammed with business because of their good reputation, so they are brief and direct with communications, not warm and conversational. I appreciate that, and wouldn't take a vehicle anywhere else. I've recommended them to many friends and hear nothing but raves. more

Steer clear of these guys. The mechanic attempted to tell me my ECU (computer) was bad and pressured me to have him replace it and some other "things" that I didn't ask for. I told him no and he became "ill-tempered." When I got the car home, I sent the ECU off the be tested by a specialized service and it is fine. In checking this guy's repair work on my car, he broke a critical plastic retaining clip on my ECU plugs, Put my airbox on wrong and lost an essential fuse diagram booklet that comes with the car. If you are a DIY mechanic and send your car to these guys because you can't fix something yourself - beware, you'll soon understand what I am talking about. If you know "nothing" about cars, you'll probably think they're great; but, in my opinion, I bet they will tell you "something else" needs to be repaired. I know they have received good reviews by others; but, I would steer clear of this place. more

I am astounded by the professionalism and customer service that I recieved. Xpertech Car Care saved me $1500.00 compared to what a local dealership quoted me to fix my car. As a woman I feel so lucky that these honest people were recommended to me by a friend. more

I've used Xpertech for 6+ years and haven't a negative thing to say. The repairs they have done were reasonably priced, necessary, and truly fixed the problem I came in for. \r Kevin & Robin B. (owners) are fantastic folks who treat their clients right, especially clueless single chicks like me!\r The couch is really comfy, they've got free coffee, and the mole mexicano next door at the Mexi-Restaurant rocks!!\r Oh yeah, 2 doors down you can ride go carts while you wait- cool, huh? more

Never a false note from these guys. Terry is--I believe--the manager and he always seems to have in mind the customer's best interest. Not always the "cheapest," but always the best solution.\r \r We have used them for years, and while they have had opportunity to be disappointed with us (for not showing up on time, changing our minds, etc.) we have NEVER been disappointed with them.\r \r Rare. more

Years of feeling like I never knew if what a mechanic was telling me was right on or not, getting ripped off. This time a mechanic got caught. The DEALER's mechanic said, oh you need a a new water pump, for sure, it was spuring water everywhere. Gets another guy to come over and say, yeah I saw that too. They had just finished putting in a very expensive new transmission (which we had known about Xpertech, found out their new transmissions are a much better deal). Anyway, I headed over to Xpertech, thinking it might cost just a little less (it did). They had moved their shop very near to where we live. I got a call from Xpertech. "Who told you that you needed a new wate pump?" It appeared my water pump was fine. That feeling of knowing that someone had blatantly lied to your face, especially when you are a woman and you know those kind of people tend to target women and elderly, makes you SO MAD. You want to go get a cream pie and mash it into their face while chanting, Liar more

I am so glad that I found Expertech. As a single woman it is nice to know that there are businesses that are honest and not trying to take advantage. I find the staff knowledgable and the service done quickly and affordable. more

The mechanics at Expertec are truely top noch. Within minutes of pulling up to the garage they are able to identify what is causing the problem. The prices are very reasonable and competitive, especially considering the level of service. The only problem is with any great business the popularity results in a crowded parking lot and it is difficult to get in with out an appointment. more
