Hands down the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. Terry Jones, is in over his head and doesn't have any clue about his projects, his team, or his customers. Think twice before hiring Terry Jones and Xiascapes. My story is below....\r

I decided to use Xiascapes and Terry because they assured me that they were experts and would manage the entire construction process from HOA approval to firing up my BBQ, and that they would be a huge asset to transforming my backyard. Terry was only on scene when I begged him to come see what his guys were doing; since they weren't doing anything correctly. In my project alone, there were 3 separate Superintendants (because they all quit at some point in the project). \r

The Xiascapes team couldn't read the plans correctly on where to place pavers, where to pour concrete, and where to plant the plants. \r

It has been over 12 months and deco drains were not installed properly, pavers have come loose, I was lied to about an HOA approval (there is no approval), my BBQ grill doesn't work, and they have been unwilling to fix anything. They were supposed to be here today, 3/31/09, to fix the problems mentioned above, but have decided to not show up and not return phone calls.\r

And do not ask them to build you a BBQ with a Kegerator, they don't have a clue. \r

Ask Terry how many employees are still with him today compared to how many were with him 16 months ago. The answer is ZERO. \r

Ask him how many of the same Vendors/Partners are still with him. His Audio Visual Company that he partnered with were not paid, his Pool Building Company decided to completely divorce themselves from Xiascapes because of all the complaints. The companies he partnered with have been in the Valley for over 20 years AND THEY DISSOLVED THE RELATIONSHIP WITH XIASCAPES.\r

I highly recomend thinking twice before hiring these clowns. Please contact me if you are thinking about using Xiascapes because I will paint you a true picture of what/who they are.\r
