Wylie Children's Dentistry

Today's appointment was our last. Wait time for an appointment is typically a month+. On at least 3 occasions in the last couple years a scheduled appt was moved out another week or two due to Drs. scheduling/unavailability. Showed up this a.m. for an 8:30 only to find they'd canceled it b/c a confirmation phone call was supposedly not returned. What!?! We took off work, kept the child out of school. The appt was reset.....for a month from now! I commend the community service in treating Medicaid patients but what happened to the old penalty of just charging if someone missed? This non-Medicaid patient would prefer to have to pay something like that as opposed to being put back in line with everyone else a month later as though it was a county clinic. more

When I first researched Wylie Childrens Dentistry, I read a review that scared me. It said that the dentists were very rough and the staff was very rude. I want to say first off, DONT BELIEVE WHAT YOU HEAR. This dentist team is Awesome. My daughter had a great time. The hygienists was very easy with my daughter and she explained everything to me very well. I was very pleased with my expierence at Wylie Childrens Dentistry, and will return my business asap. GREAT JOB WYLIE TEAM!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT HOSPITALITY!!! more

First let me say....LOVE Dr. Pearson! 2nd let me say, he has some ( NOT ALL) staff that are VERY rude, and when I try to complain to the office manager a.k.a his wife.....she send my three daughters packing!!!! Just like that! I have a 7 year old that is due for oral surgery NEXT MON! and because she did not like what I had to say.....she said we are no longer welcome in her office! I would like to talk to Dr. Pearson, but she would not allow it. He is great and I do not want my daughters to have to find another dentist, but his office mgr wife has thrown all three of my daughters out! His office sends a comment card via email, and when the wife doesn't like what you say.....she kicks children out of the practice. Wonder if he knows what his wife is doing? So what ever you do....don't piss his wife A.K.A office manager off, or she won't let you come back. more

Loved Dr Pearson, he was beyond awesome, I wish he did adults. The staff was awesome, and my 10 yr old LOVED it. She felt VERY at home! more
