It was the first time I used Wyatt???s towing and I really liked their service in a stressful moment they were efficient and reliable what more can I ask for? They are great. more

Though no one likes to be towed, they came over to help me tow my banshee-screaming car. I thought it would have to be towed to a mechanic but Alpha (I think that was the drivers name!) figured out it was a simple problem. He fixed it, using some tools in my car and I was able to drive off on my own. Cheap fix, friendly service. more

These guys are awesome. My car was dead in my building parking garage and the operator had to navigate a maze to get to my car. He was clearing the ceiling by about half an inch, but he kept going. He got my car going again by tightening the battery terminals and jumping my car. I thought there might be a problem with the alternator and he called the nearest AAA shop to inquire about rates and testing for me. The car was running fine though so I decided it was probably just the loose connection to the battery. The operator was so friendly he offered to let me follow him to the AAA shop in case my car had any more problems. Now that is what I call service. Super friendly, went the extra mile, and was prompt. What more could you ask for? more

First rate service! I needed a jump start, they were there in under ten minutes. My battery had its terminals brushed, then washed. This was followed by a thorough computerized diagnostic and printout that was thoroughly explained to me, then a jump. After all this I received a [clean] hand shake and was asked if there was anything they could have done better--top-notch customer service in under 25 minutes after my call. Bravo! more

It is 1:18am and it sucks finding your car towed, especially coming back from a funeral. I spoke to Larry who was professional and even had a sense of humor which I appreciated. I think everyone needs to remember that the towing company's employees are only doing their job. Whether it is your fault or the other persons fault, the towing company has nothing to do with it. No damage done to my car. more

Being towed sucks but the best part is this. I was told by the lady who works there said ""Its fine for people to DRIVE HOME DRUNK."" I was at a bar picking up some drunk friends. Its not a short or easy task. I am fine with the being towed part. It happens but being told that its ok to just let someone drive home drunk..... not ok. more

My car was towed by Wyatts and lets be honest, no one is happy to have that happen. But, I was fine paying the fee (wasn't that much money) so I could get my car back. Now the good: my car was not damaged at all, and everything was fine. The bad: I expected to go into their office, sign the papers for my car, pay, and leave; however this did not happen. I went in and told the man working what car I had, and he brought the papers over. Then he decided to lecture me, belittling me for getting my car towed! He told me that the place I parked my car was 'unsafe' and thats how women get raped and started going off on how I parked my car in a dark ally way (I parked my car in a lit parking lot thank you very much). He continued his rant as to how I need to be smarter about where I park in Denver and not roam the streets (excuse me. I parked my car a block from my male friends house, called him, and he came to my car to walk me back.). As his lecture continued, he told me that he hopes I learned my lesson and that next time I go to da club I should be smarter (once again, I was not at a club, only at my friends apartment). Ridiculous is all I have to say. I did not need a lecture in front of the other people who were waiting to get their cars. I can't believe I paid them after this man was so rude to me. more

I called Wyatt's Towing around 9:30 am and although the gentleman behind the other end of the phone was very busy, he was able to get detailed info form me and get my truck towed with in two hours to my Mechanic. The Price was a good deal as well, Wyatt's was 2$ cheaper per mile than the other places I had called in town and they handled my case like professionals. My car got towed by Wyatt's. They were very friendly nice, and helpful. But the guy before me was a piece of work. He was claiming damage to his vehicle before he even seen his car. This man must have been a very successful gangster because the language he used has not even been published in the webster dictionary. And yet the employees still thanked him and even help jump start his car. I know people should admit to their mistakes. I did. I got towed. But this little man couldn't admit to anything. He is probably one who wrote a bad review about Wyatt's (unjustified). Pros: Friendly and professional staff Cons: nobody likes to have their car towed. more

Wyatt's towing is the designated provider for the building where I own and they are the best. It is not infrequent for me to come home late at night to find someone parked in my designated spot Wyatt's always offers me a courteous, prompt, and professional service. I have recommended them to several of the HOA's and the company that I work for uses their services for parking issues as well. The bottom line is if you have to use the service they are great, if your car gets towed and you act like and idiot about it, you are going to get the same in return. These are professionals doing a professional job, and if you don't want to get towed, then don't jack parking or park illegal. FACT OF LIFE! Pros: Professional, prompt, and courteous. Cons: Of course you aren't going to like them if you get towed. You are going to be P.O.'d that you parked illegally. Don't steal parking and Wyatt's won't take your money. more

They do not even deserve a star. They are rude, mean and they have no teeth. If you are going to do business with people they should have teeth. One of there employees even threaten 3 women they are crazy people NEVER take your children there, you don't know what their employees are capable of. TRAILER TRASH does not even describe these people. They are crooks and Apartment buildings down town actually do business with these crazies. It really makes you feel safe when the place that you rent from is in business with people who scream and act crazy in front of children. Don't go down there by yourself.............
