We have three used cars and our third car finally visited Wrench Auto for the first time. This car is a 2000 Mercury Sable with 86,000 miles on it and I wanted them to check it over and it was due for an oil change. It needs a tune-up and the staff at Wrench noticed noise and checked out the brakes and rotors. The rotors were rusted and even though the brakes had about 40% life left, they suggested replacing the rotors, brakes, and pads. Because of the expense, I asked Ben which repair he would do first and he honestly told me the rotors, brakes, and pads. So that is what we did. We are trusting his recommendations and doing what he suggests, since we cannot afford to do everything at once.
