I had 2 packages to return to manufacturers--one via FedEx and one via UPS. I started my journey at the FedEx Kinko's location and was not impressed. Long wait times, very poor customer service. They were unable to print my return label due to a problem with the printer. After being assisted by 3 different employees, I finally got an apology from the manager. The assistant manager, who decided to acknowledge my presence when it was time for me to leave, recommended that I visit their "hub" 4 miles away. No thanks.
