This spring I took my desktop computer there to figure out why it would shut down on me randomly. Gave them the 7 days they asked for to diagnose it, started calling on the 8th or 9th day to find out what the problem was - they said they hadn't gotten to it yet. Called on day 14 to say I was going to pick it up, suddenly they had an answer for me: the motherboard. Spent money elsewhere to replace the motherboard, started it up, didn't fix the problem. Ended up buying new memory, fixed it. Couldn't return the motherboard. Recently took a laptop there because the screen wasn't lighting. They said it was a small convertor. Tried 2 different ones, didn't fix the problem. Took the computer apart myself, found that one of the bulbs had burned out, and the screen doesn't light if both aren't working. Can't get the money back due to it being ""outside of warranty."" Should have learned after the first bad experience. DON'T TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE.
