Check them out on the Better Business Bureau® web site. They have a D grade for bad service.

Worst Place in Town 3/26/2011

I posted this on Google, and I'll post it here too. I know when I'm being ripped off. This computer store has the highest prices in town, and the slowest service. They told me my computer would be looked at in three days and it took almost three weeks to get an answer. After two weeks, I called them and was told it was ""on the technician's desk."" Then I waited another couple days and called back. Of course the diagnosis was ""still in progress."" After a week of being ""in progress."" They said it was going to be over $400 to fix and tried to sell me a cheap Lenovo laptop for double the cost it would be online. I can buy a new laptop anywhere else for much cheaper. I was far from impressed and will not be going back to this place. more

Computer got blown up with the storms... Brought it in and the guy was able to move all my stuff over to a new one. Did it for free when I got the new one! Found a coupon in the phone book too :) Pros: Quick, cheap more

GREAT Service and Friendly People 4/18/2010

I have taken my computer here for years. I have always been happy with the service that I receive from the techs. Recently had a problem with a video card (purchased 3 years ago) and had to have it replaced. The screen started to get all screwy. Came in and talked with the sales guy I worked with before, turns out he is now the owner! Got a good deal and upgrade too. Very fast response and friendly. Pros: Fast, friendly, GREAT Service more

Nice People, easy to work with 3/3/2010

I have bought components from this company on 3 occasions. The first time I purchased a device which was not compatible with my setup (my fault) and they returned it no questions. The second and third time I purchased from them I asked for a discount, which is pretty typical in the computer business. Retail prices are normally much higher than online prices. Both times they offered me a discount that I felt was fair. I recommend this business. Pros: Easy Returns, Flexible Pricing Cons: Smaller selection of product than online stores more

DON'T TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE 12/3/2009

This spring I took my desktop computer there to figure out why it would shut down on me randomly. Gave them the 7 days they asked for to diagnose it, started calling on the 8th or 9th day to find out what the problem was - they said they hadn't gotten to it yet. Called on day 14 to say I was going to pick it up, suddenly they had an answer for me: the motherboard. Spent money elsewhere to replace the motherboard, started it up, didn't fix the problem. Ended up buying new memory, fixed it. Couldn't return the motherboard. Recently took a laptop there because the screen wasn't lighting. They said it was a small convertor. Tried 2 different ones, didn't fix the problem. Took the computer apart myself, found that one of the bulbs had burned out, and the screen doesn't light if both aren't working. Can't get the money back due to it being ""outside of warranty."" Should have learned after the first bad experience. DON'T TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE. BAD PLACE 9/28/2009

they never fixed my lap top then they want to charge me 200.00, for what???? it is not fixed and they cannot figure out how to fix it.\r will never go back again. they told me toi begin with it was a 39.99 diagnostice fee and if it can be fixed they will tell me the additional costs. they said if it can't they will only charge the 39.99 fee. not on top of the fee they want to charge over 200.00. the computer is not fixed.\r bad place. i run a daycare and use the computer for the kids and business. now I have to figure out a way to get a new one which is hard to do. they take advantage of honest hard working people. Cons: lied to me- false charges - never fixed laptop more
