Worst Gym in the Area 5/13/2012

I thought I'd try it because it was close and only $15/mo. Well, that doesn't include the $99 sign up fee and the additional $15 to end your contract. \r \r I could never get on a treadmill becuase only 3 out of 10 worked. The gym is not clean and the owners are jerks.\r \r It is NOT a 'nice breath of fresh air' HA! Who wrote that review, the owner? more

Great Family Gym 3/13/2008

I've been a member of this gym for 3 years now. Great atmosphere !! The best part is the personalized service you get there. The employees make you feel welcomed by helping you out on not just your whole workout program but also nutrition. The other nice thing about this gym is its not your typical ""pickup"" or ""muscle-head"" gym. Its a nice breath of fresh air for the fitness industry. Pros: open 24/7, personalized service, everyone feels welcome, wall to wall equipment-no waiting Cons: no pool or raquetteball courts more
