Worst	Ed is great Ed has been doing his job a long time and really knows his stuff. I highly recommend him and trust him to take care of our heating system.

We use Woolley Home for our home heating oil and furnace - Craig M did a tune up, great work, very professional and clearly has years of experience. Worked to correct a few problems and keep us going for colder weather. Craig M also went out of his way to reschedule an appointment we missed because we're busy with our two year old twin toddlers! They really understand that their customers have families and busy schedules, and work with you to accommodate. more

Ed contacted me about an hour after I called Woolley and requested a service and arrive quickly. He inspected my AC unit and figured out the problem immediately and explain how he can do to fix the problem. He ordered parts and came back within an hour and completed the work efficiently. I and fully satisfied with his service and would be happy to use his serve again if there is a need. more

Heating System - Annual Tune-Up 10/1/2019

Ed P from Woolley Fuel Company performed the annual tune-up on our heating oil system. Ed called about 10 minutes prior to arriving at our home. Ed was professional, courteous, and provided a detail explanation of the items that he addressed on the system. Ed did a great job. more

Called in the AM about no hot water. They called back a few minutes later and said the tech would be there in about 45 minutes. Craig arrived and started to work. Problem solved in 35 minutes. Couldn't have been happier. Now have hot water!! more

We use Woolley for oil delivery and for maintenance on our boiler. Every time we have had an issue or we just need an annual tune-up Ed P has come to our rescue. I love that it is a family run business. You can tell they truly care about their customers. more

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the Polar Vortex, and Woolley sent Ed P over to fix it within a few hours, and it is warming back up in the house now. Ed was no-nonsense, found and fixed the problem quickly. Thanks for the prompt and reliable service! more

He diagnoses issues with skill, maintains equipment with proficiency, and makes appropriate recommendations should something arise. After Ed completes our annual maintenance and troubleshoots if necessary, I am secure knowing that our system will work throughout the winter. more
