Woodside Pizzeria

Our office party got the food from Woodside pizza ,we got a few Pies and some chiken , ceaser salad , veal parm and pasta . the food was very good more

After being a customer for almost 4 years, I'm done with this mediocre at best pizza joint. After waiting an hour for my pizza (not an abnormal occurrence) I called to see what the hold up was since it was about 15 minutes until closing. The woman on the other line said the delivery guy was there and no one answered and my phone didn't work. This lazy employee simply did not deliver my pizza since I was clearly home and had my cell phone right next to me the whole time. Not to mention I placed the order and was having said conversation with this woman on my cell phone. Instead of apologizing and getting me my dinner, she instead says ""We're closed. What do you want me to do?"" I said ""Nothing I just won't order from here anymore."" Honestly there's no other descent pizza place close in this area of Woodside, but save your calories or order from ANYWHERE (one of the numerous Chinese, Thai or Mexican places that are actually pretty good) else! In a down economy especially, who treats customers, who routinely tip 20-30%, like this? And for crappy pizza! Good riddance! Pros: the only pizza place close by Cons: everything else! more

This was the sound advice that I got from the lady on the other end of the line when I complained about receiving the wrong order. I odered chicken permigiana but I received shrimp permigiana (which I would never order since i'm allergic to shrimp), the lady INSISTED that the order was shrimp. She made no attempt to make an applogy or would accept that there may have been any miscommunication claiming that ""I know damn well that what you ordered because I took the order. Don't try to give me problems. Do me a favor, don't ever order from here again!!!."" and SLAM! she cut me off. more
