For many years now Woodside Nursery has been doing a ""fall festival"" during the month of October. And every year it gets better and better. A saturday or sunday is well spent at a very cute nursery setting that has been decorated elegantly for the fall. Kids have a good number of activities available to them including an outdoor fall themed walk and the Spooky tunnel, which must take alot of time to prepare! My kids were thrilled to ""Pan for Gold"" at the California Gold rush, where the running water and banjo music got them in the mood, they even got to keep their gold and gemstones! Not to mention that they picked pumpkins, ate roasted corn, jumped in the balloon bounce and even Made our own scarecrow as a family. We brought the young ones in costumes and they had smiles on their face the entire time.(especially after having them painted) The staff was extremely friendly and even us adults had a great time. Each activity was very cheap and ranged around a couple of dollars. And we got our hay, cornstalks and mums to continue the fall fun when we got home.\r
This is a very nice, well priced nursery with an extreme amount of character and for a family day out with the kids is unbeatable locally for the experience that they will have. I recommend this to everyone and anyone with young children looking for a safe and fun place to celebrate the fall season. Its truly a must have experience for all!!!
