The nursing department on the six floor is horrible. They don't respond to the call button. Extremely uncaring. more

Terrible place they treat u like cattle 1/26/2010

I entered Woodhull bcuz of chronic abdominal pain.at 8am.received no real attention I was finally admitted at 2am.it took two days to receive a pelvic sonagram I thought I was gonna die. The end result I lost a ovary.the nurses on the 6100 floor were terrible. Didn't respond to call button. The only compassionate one was nurse Campbell. The night nurses r horrendous. Please stay away. U rx You receive a high bill but no empathy or care.this place should be inspected. The doctors were the only decent ones. more

They held me against my will for 5 days with an untreated, undiagnosed broken arm 2/14/2009

In July 2008, I was taken to Woodhull Hospital after taking too many Benadryl for sleep, the cops found me outside, confused, and had an ambulance take me to Woodhull. It was the single worst experience of my life. Pros: some of the nurses were very kind Cons: they held me against my will with no explanation and delayed me getting treatment for a broken arm for 6 days more
