Anthony from Woodcrest Paint and Body really advocated for us with our insurance company. While our insurance company wanted to total the vehicle, we knew we had a car that was in good mechanical condition. Anthony got the insurance company to agree to the repairs and then did a great job with those repairs. I would highly recommend him. Woodcrest was very responsive. They did a great job on both the body work they did and the work they did with our insurance company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody, and in fact I already have. more

My VW needed a lot of repairs and I didn't know where to take my car. Woodcrest came highly recommend so I decided to give them a try. I took my car in the shop and spoke with Anthony. Right away he gave me an estimate, took time to explain everything they would be doing to my car, how long it would take and assured me he would handle everything with my insurance company. I called Anthony daily to check the progress of my vehicle and he was always very polite and answered all my questions. I also called my insurance company to see if they needed anything from Woodcrest to complete my claim. As promised Anthony had provided my insurance company with all documents! My car was completed before I expected and it looked great! I was very pleased with the customer service and impressed with the results. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. more

To start with the good: The staff is extremely friendly, and keeps in touch with you regarding the status of your vehicle And the BAD The quality of the repair, is kind of acceptable but the extra damage they caused is not. A short synopsis is that my neighbors tree fell across the hood of my truck denting the hood and scratching one of the front quarterpanels. I took it into WAB, and got an estimate which was easy, and brought it back in to have the work done. When I picked up my truck everything looked fine as it was sitting outside in dim light, but when I got it home I found several issues. First the hood has horrible orange-peel down the center of the hood where it wasn't color sanded enough, and is clearly evident in good light. Another issue is that while getting the car ready for paint, they broke both ends of the plastic cowl by the windshield, and left gaping hole where the pieces covered. The worst part is that they didn't disclose this to me when I picked it up and it wasn't noted anywhere on the invoice. When I took it back I got a lame excuse that those are brittle and its common for those to be broken, and that you can't just replace those pieces, but have to buy a whole new cowl as well. If WAB broke them, aren't they responsible for repairing or replacing them. The manager noted that this is common, so why wouldn't you add that as part of the estimate if you know that is common. Giving the truck back in an unfinished condition is totally unacceptable. Because of this I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. more

I've been a customer of Woodcrest Paint and Body for about five years now. I mainly work with Steve, the owner. He is so great and very personable. Plus, Woodcrest's prices are cheaper than anyone else in Riverside, and I've looked! I appreciate that they are honest and tell you when the date will be when your car will be ready, even if you want it back sooner! They'll keep it until it's ready! I completely trust them to repair it to the best it can be. Steve is direct and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. I'd recommend this shop to anybody! more

My family has used Woodcrest Paint and Body several times. They are very nice to deal with, and honest. I feel like they do a little extra for you, and we appreciate it. For instance, we've had little scratches before that were not part of the deal, and they have taken them out for us, just because. Most recently, some roofing material from a condominium fell on our car, and Woodcrest took care of the damages for us. We have also gone to them for back end work, and other minor damages. I like them better than other shops in the neighborhood, and their prices are comparable. They have worked out well for us. more

Woodcrest Paint and Body did a very good, professional job with my car. They also offered a lot of useful tips for taking care of the exterior in the future. The vehicle was damaged in an accident, and the work involved fixing some dents and repainting. When everything was done, it looked just as good as it had before. I was happy with the finished product, and found it really convenient, because I live close by. I would use them again, and have already recommended them to a friend. more

Woodcrest Paint and Body does a really good job. My car looks fabulous! And they were even done a day early! We have used them before, based on the service provided, the experience we've had and most of all based on the fact that we've been very pleased with the results. I think they are very good at what they do. They are professional, and right from the start, you know who you are dealing with. They'll get the job done and you never have to take anything back to them and say "but you said you'd do this," because they always do what they say they're going to do. They're great!
