Horrible appointment. \r I was very disappointed in my appointment with Dr. Thao. For starters, he charged me 200 dollars for a 30 minute consultation. I barely walk in the Examination room and he starts taking pictures. I thought this was only done after we had agreed on having a procedure done. \r I had a possible ruptured breast implant and came looking for his professional advice and counsel. I had an ultrasound which showed the presence of a breast cyst and the Dr. didn't even want to see the radiologist's report. I felt like he did not care for my health or personal interests and wanted to shove a new surgery down my throat. He did not order an MRI because ""insurance wouldn't pay for it and it would be best to have surgery, remove the old implants and get new ones anyway"". \r I left the appointment feeling awful and thinking I needed surgery done in a few weeks time. Thankfully I was referred to a second surgeon who was just wonderful. Answered all my questions, ordered the MRI and gave me great professional advice. \r I DO NOT recommend Dr. Thao to anyone. I wish I had believed some of the reviews here prior to spending my money on a consultation. \r more

Prior to my proceedure I expressed my desire to not have my narrow upper-lip to have stretched, weird look that so many celebrities have,.... Meg Ryan and Melanie Griffith looked so aweful due to their doctor not knowing when ""enough is a enough"". Injecting into ONLY the upper he shaped it evenly and to a degree that looked natural and matched my lower lip! He is NOT a heavy-handed plastic surgeon as some tend to be. I was so pleased with the result of my upper lip and the IPL I had done to my face for age spots I've decided to have my eye-lids lifted as well. Pros: Positive experience all around more

He was not as good as some people claimed him to be. He really messed up on my cousin's eyes. She thought for sure she was going to be blind. She actually had to consult another Dr. to fix what he messed up. I would not recommend him for anything and be very weary...the building could be nice, the staff could be warming, but will the procedure turn out the way you want. more

I did a lot of research before selecting Dr. Thao for my breast aug. He is very kind, compassionate and a very skilled surgeon. I met with him after having a massive weight loss and wanted to regain some of my curve. He spent a great deal of time with me discussing options. He is a perfectionist and made sure I was comfortable with the risks as well as the benefits of my procedure. Pros: Office is easy to locate, staff is awesome, financing options available more

Its been almost half a year now since I got my surgery done. All the healing is finally over and I am overly excited about the new me, inside and out. I really love Dr. Thao's hospitality in his office. He's not only your doctor that will make you feel more satisfied with yourself, but he also listens well to your want's and need's. To anyone looking for a plastic surgeon, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Thao. His service is excellent and is affordable. They also have side options if you need some financing. If your interested in a procedure but isn't ready for it, just call him and have your first consult. You'll be astonished and learn more about what he has to offer! =) more

The office looks nice, but other than that, he is not as great as people make him to be. A friend of mine recently came in for a microdermabrsion and an eye lift. Her face prior to getting the procedures done were healthier. Her face should've healed, but instead her face is smothered with rosacea and what it seems like to me, herpes. It is definitely not acne, zits, nor pimples. Her eyes were not lifted as the way she wanted, it looked exaclty the same. What kind of Doctor who charges that kind of amount and yet performed such a poor, poor job. This reminds me of Dr. Jan Adams who performed on Kanye West's Mother, who is NOT Board Certified. more

I have recently had adominal plasty (tummy tuck with lipo) and have found the experience well worth it! Dr Thao is a very compassionate man and is with you through every step. He and his staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere they create is one of warmth and understanding. I highly recommend Dr Thoa to family and friends. I saw results immediately even with the swelling and as I am healing I am noticing more and am excited to go clothes shopping for the first time in years. The only problem is now that the experience has been soo good I am conteplating more work in the future for other areas and I just might have to hold off on the shopping spree!!! Dr. Thao is a great plastic surgeon - technically and aesthetically. I met with a few other doctors before I consulted with him about my tummy tuck. He listened to what I wanted and explained to me exactly how he could help me. His prices were very reasonable too - not sky high like some other surgeons in this area. His staff were great too - great service and worked with me and my busy schedule. I look great in all kinds of dresses now - no more fat and flabby skin to hide. Plastic surgery isn't just for movie stars - I'm considering a breast lift next. I send all my friends to Dr. Thao for things like facelifts, breast augmentations, even Botox. Dr. Thao and his staff are really supportive and are there to help me make the right decision. I am very satisfied with my breast reduction and liposuction. I havent felt better then ever. My backaches are gone and I fit into my favorite jean. I highly recommend Dr. Thao. He does a great job. He and his staff takes very good care of their patients. My friends and I are very happy.
