Office employees are not nice and rude with the way they talk to the customers 8/3/2011

I am very happy with Dr. Hukmani and Dr. Z and I had great job done for my family with their help . But I am not happy with the employees in the office only and the way they talk to the customers. When I tell the DR. about them, they say we are just employees, that's why I want to change and find other dentists whose employees care more about their customers who pay their bills. Thank you ! more

Excellent Dental Cleaning Problem with Appiontment Scheduling 7/28/2011

My dental servie cleaning with Marci was great five stars. The receptionist was very helpful. But the automated schedule dropped my appiontment which I had in written form the office in Woodbridge! Where are the appiontments managed? Why couldn't I reach the local office on the phone? The web service is nice but not customer friendly? One Star it needs great improvement. Always Have to Wait 7/25/2011

The actual dental service is good but they they don't pad enough time for appointments. I always have to wait at least 30 min to be seen, I have had to wait in the chair, and I always have to wait at least 10 min to pay my bill (I have timed it). It seems as though they have the check out persons doing a lot more than just checking people out and it shows. They have 2 people working but you always have to wait for them to finish phone calls, etc. When they finally do call you up, it always seems like you are bothering their check out people with the fact that you do actually need to check out. I don't need cheerleaders just someone to give me a half smile and not seem annoyed with the fact that I have to pay and make another appointment. more

Poor Customer Service 7/20/2011

I requested to discuss a matter with the office manager and she flat refused, neither did she respond to my letters. I waited in the office to speak with her and she refused to come out. I was a customer with a perfect payment record as I had paid off my braces nearly one year early. The office manager refused to address a billing discrepance with me. That is why I will never give this place any additional business! This place does not value good customers. more

I appreciate how accommodating Dr. Valeru is where my claustrophobia is concerned. By raising the seat back up a bit I didn't feel panicky at all. I know that position would have made the procedure a little difficult to access my rear molar, so I appreciate the willingness to work with me. Thanks! more

Crowning - I felt like a Queen 7/15/2011

Dr. Zeiaei and staff are extremely professional. Quite nervous at first but he detailed everything that he was doing or going to do and it made a huge difference! I felt comfortable in an uncomfortable situation....just like a Queen while getting prepped for my crown! Thanks! more

Dr Valleru is the BEST! 7/2/2011

Very professional team. Dr Valleru is the best dentist I have ever been too. I have always been afraid of the "needle" but Dr Valleru makes it painless. She is so gentle and always makes me feel comfortable. Dr Valleru and her assistant were great. I was very nervous about getting 6 crowns on my front teeth, but Dr. Valleru made me look beautiful.
