Spent my car ride to work arguing with the driver about the fact that I don't want to hear about his religious beliefs. He kept telling me that there is only one truth, and asking me if my soul was safe with his deity. I told him that although I respect his belief, I do not wish to hear about it and that I am comfortable in my own faith. I finally told him that I just wanted to get to my destination in silence.\r \r Totally not what I wanted first thing in the morning! more

Avoid them at all cost! Called for airport pick up, since I'm a Woodbridge local. Like everyone else has mentioned, the guy on the phone is one the rudest person I've ever talked to. He got my terminal wrong and made me wait for an hour. He blamed me for giving him the wrong terminal in a shouting manner but I know as a matter of fact I didn't. I didn't get a receipt for my ride, I called in the evening and just like every other time he just hung up on me. more

VERY RUDE & VERY UNSAFE 3/14/2012

RATING = -5 NEVER EVER USE THEM! The idiot who answers calls is VERY rude. When I boarded the cab today, I was told someone else will be sharing my taxi. When I told the cab driver that I wanted to get off as I felt unsafe sharing a cab with a stranger, he shouted at me and did not let me out. more

i was trying to ask a simple question and i was yelled at and the gentleman hang up on the phone on me the question was "" can i schedule a pickup in 3 hours"" very very rude .... never ever again more
