Wood Floor Warehouse

We had a great experience with The Wood Floor Warehouse. We were going to take their class to learn how to install a wood floor, but Randy ended up coming to our house to show us how to do it. He helped us do the first three rows, and then we kept going. They loaned us all the equipment we needed, and it was just a great experience. They had a personal approach to making sure we got everything we needed to install the floor ourselves. The floor looks great. We did a great job! We are very happy with the quality of the wood we bought from The Wood Floor Warehouse. We got hand-scraped wood from the store, and we're really happy with how it turned out. more

The floor we got from The Wood Floor Warehouse turned out great. The product is amazing. It's a beautiful, beautiful floor. We had a problem on my end thinking it wasn't the color we had picked out, which I later found out it was. I had to go in and talk to them and get it sorted out. That was on me, though, not them. They did everything we asked them to. The customer service was good. There were a couple of instances where they told us they would get back to us by email and I double checked my wife's email and mine and couldn't find their reply. I can't guarantee that they didn't get back to us, but I can't say that they did. I did the installation myself. I would refer them. Go and see what they've got. It took a little longer getting the floor after we ordered it than I thought was reasonable. It was total of about three weeks, but overall I was pretty satisfied with them. more
