DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR unless you have at least 2 hours to kill for a simple appointment. This is a busy office, however I noticed patients being taken to the examining rooms one after another, even several who came in after me. (They must have been seeing other caregivers) I waited for nearly 50 minutes before I finally asked at the desk if it would take much longer. After ten minutes further waiting, the receptionist came back and said that it would be ""about"" another 20 minutes before I could be seen. Why? There had been an emergency and no one thought to mention it to me. Apparently there is no concern for other people's time and we are expected to wait like sheep. I used to allow this in my health care, NO MORE. There are doctors who keep timely appointments and I will move my business to another office where they respect their patients. Don't be sheep! This doesn't have to be the normal procedure. more

My doc is a good doc i just had to switch because the staff is so incompetant that they lost my file and i had an ultrasound that was done in december that should have been read in two weeks and they couldnt even find my file to read to me... My ob did an amazing job. I started with her at an office in Englewood, and I would have delivered at swedish. In january 09 she decided to switch practices. Me and my boyfriend loved her so much we switched with her. At her Englewood office, the staff in the wait room were friendly and even remembered my name. At Horizon they act as if your a burden! They aren't mean just uninviting. Once you get past the wait room, though, the experience is awesome! The patient area even has a door into the L&D unit into the hospital at skyridge making it easy for the doctors to go back and forth. Pros: Susan Brashear is an amazing ob! I felt very scared when I found out I was pregnant. But after the first visit, I was certain everything would work out and be okay. She was always straight forward with me and always took time to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I was able to call anytime with questions or concerns and was treated with compassion. Their office never gets irritated no matter how many times you have to call. My delivery was not by any means quick but Dr. Oster was there by my side the whole time. It was truly the best day of my life thanks to Dr. Oster. I continue to see her today for regular check-ups and I would never go anywhere else. She is truly the best! Pros: Friendly office with little wait time Cons: parking more
