DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!! For any health issues with your pet please seek a qualified and professional office. My dog had a tumor on his nose and I took him to Dr. White at\r
Wolftever on December 11th. She recommended we do a biopsy, and for my peace of mind that we pay extra (double) to have the biopsy sent to a private lab because the results usually come back in approx 48 hours (give or take) whereas if we sent it to the state lab we wouldn't have the results until the first of the year. OVER A WEEK later with NO call- we called to check on the results and spoke with a vet tech that said something to the effect of, ""Well it is cancerous. We think it's a low grade, but the sample we got wasn't big enough so we may have to get more to know more. Give him Benadryl and Dr. Robertson will call you when he's back in the office after the holidays"". My husband told her that we understand he is off for the holidays, but we wouldn't have paid double to have the results back quicker if there was nothing we could do until the first of the year anyway. She had no answer and again told us Dr. Robertson would call us when he returned. Monday, December 30th rolled around and we still had received no call from the doctor. We called and spoke with the manager Josh who said they were going to refer us to RIVER so we could meet with an oncologist. He said he emailed our info to them and would call us back when he heard from them. Surprise, surprise- no call. We took matters into our own hands and called RIVER ourselves. The lady we spoke with had no idea what we were talking about and had received no referral from Wolftever. She was very kind and said she would call Wolftever herself and call us back. She called back within five minutes (obviously showing the difference between a professional and an unprofessional office) and set up our appointment with the oncologist for January 9th. We called Wolftever and spoke with Josh again and he fed us some lies about how they must have not received his email, but that he would fax the biopsy info to RIVER. Flash forward to our Jan 9th appointment at RIVER-- we are informed during our consultation that they haven't received anything from Wolftever. The nice lady from before called them AGAIN and asked them to fax over our info. They faxed one-page that had no info from the biopsy on it, just that they referred us. The surgeon from RIVER had to call Wolftever AGAIN and was told the only info they had is that they think it's a low grade but they aren't sure. After leaving my dog for surgery at RIVER my husband called Wolftever and spoke with Josh who tried to cover his missteps, but couldn't keep track of them all so we caught him in multiple lies. \r

In a nutshell- we found out our dog has a cancerous tumor on his nose. That's a big deal to anyone who loves their pets like they're children as I do. Wolftever has behaved so unprofessionally and unethically. We never received a single call from them. We never spoke to a single doctor. We were lied to and severely overcharged. I do not trust them with the well-being of my animals and I don't want anyone to have to go through this. If your pet has any health issues or serious concerns please seek out a qualified office for their care; NOT Wolftever.
