I bought a car at this dealership in July 2009 and in the words of my husband, ""it was the most painless experience we've had buying a car."" To begin, I contacted several dealerships via email, and this dealership answered my questions with more detail and personalization than any other that I contacted. Next, when I arrived on the lot there was no pressure and I was allowed to drive as many cars as I liked with the salesperson. When I told them that I already had financed, they offered to help me look for alternatives only once and when I said no, they did not continue to badger me. The negotiations were clear and fair and I got good value for my trade-in. I usually sell my cars privately or give them to someone, so it was my first time feeling like the trade value was high enough to warrant my leaving the car on the dealership. In opposition to one other review that I read, this dealership was much better than the one on Winchester. We stopped at Winchester first and no one would help us. A radio station was visiting that day and they were so into the promotions that not one SALESMAN came to help us! We knew we were buying a Toyota THAT day and because the Winchester location is closer to our home in MS, we stopped there on our way to Wolfchase. We were appalled by the mistreatment and antsy about how things would turn out at Wolfchase. Thankfully, Wolfchase was professional down to the end. I highly recommend this dealership. more

Great experience. We currently own 8 cars and purchase/sell/trade cars a lot. Knowing exactly the type, year and price I was willing to pay for a new car I sent out email, fax and phone calls with very specific directions and requests to 15 different dealerships. I was not contacted by the dealership closest to me, and I received the best offer/best service from Wolfchase Toyota. My husband, daughter and I traveled over 100 miles to receive a great price, great car and superior service. Steve helped surprise our daughter with her new car, going way above and beyond by making sure her car was in perfect shape and even decorated with balloons sporting her school colors! I also appreciate the fact that she will be able to take her vehicle to any Toyota dealer for maintenance. I felt very comfortable sending her off to school alone, 400 miles away, with her new vehicle. I know if there are any challenges they will be addressed by Toyota in general and Wolfchase specifically if necessary. We have twins getting their cars next year and we will save Steve's card and be back in touch at that time. more

From start to finish these guys were awesome!! My husband was looking for a smart deal for our family. Durell helped my husband with a car that he saw on the internet. He was very patient and friendly. My husband needed a little extra savvy for this deal as he was working with our credit union. Fred stepped in and worked the numbers to where they needed to be to close the deal with our credit union. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to insure that we drove off the lot that same day. We had another dilemma with our trade in. We actually wanted to keep our trade in because we had invested a lot in it. Fred again, with his creativity came up with a plan for us to buy back our trade in. We were happy and was talkin over working out a plan to do this. Then he sent us to Paul, the Finance Manager. This was an unforgettable experience. Paul worked out things beyond our belief and the deal was sweeter than we could have imagined. Everyone got a piece of the pie. Thanks so much to the team at Wolfchase Toyota. Originally, I went in to update my extended warranty on my old Prius. One of the financing reps told me that there was a promotion going on the new Prius with NO interest payments. Since the car was over five years old and I had never liked the color, that was enough to throw me over into looking for a new one. She flagged down Brice who immediately took me out to see the cars on then lot. He was very soft spoken and articulate and not pushy at all. He also gave me four of his cigarets to smoke because I was nervous. He was also extremely articulate in explaining everything about the 2010 model. I would also like to tell you how much I appreciated the service Paul Becher gave me. He was very pleasant and soft spoken as Brice was and he explained everything he was having me sign. I have always thought the customer service at this dealership the BEST of any I have ever dealt with and I will be forever grateful for the FREE coffee and donuts (sometimes) when I come in with a problem in the mornings. more
