I bought a car at this dealership in July 2009 and in the words of my husband, "it was the most painless experience we've had buying a car." To begin, I contacted several dealerships via email, and this dealership answered my questions with more detail and personalization than any other that I contacted. Next, when I arrived on the lot there was no pressure and I was allowed to drive as many cars as I liked with the salesperson. When I told them that I already had financed, they offered to help me look for alternatives only once and when I said no, they did not continue to badger me. The negotiations were clear and fair and I got good value for my trade-in. I usually sell my cars privately or give them to someone, so it was my first time feeling like the trade value was high enough to warrant my leaving the car on the dealership. In opposition to one other review that I read, this dealership was much better than the one on Winchester. We stopped at Winchester first and no one would help us. A radio station was visiting that day and they were so into the promotions that not one SALESMAN came to help us! We knew we were buying a Toyota THAT day and because the Winchester location is closer to our home in MS, we stopped there on our way to Wolfchase. We were appalled by the mistreatment and antsy about how things would turn out at Wolfchase. Thankfully, Wolfchase was professional down to the end. I highly recommend this dealership.
