Came out & measured for the carpet quickly. This was a rental property we were updating to sell. Gave them a key & they installed the carpet while we were out of town, as we had a tight timeline. Very pleased with the carpet & installation job. I would use this company again & would recommend them to my family & friends. more

Great customer service 9/19/2015

I recently contacted Danny at Wolde flooring for an estimate to re carpet my house. He arrived at the time we scheduled to measure the house. I received the estimate within a day from when he mesured. The estimate he provided contained a few different options. I was able to schedule the appointment for instillation very quickly as they had the flooring in stock. The installers did a great job. They were very professional and arrived on time. Overall, my experience with Wolde flooring was excellent! Very professional and caring staff! more

Great looking floors 9/17/2015

Had Master Bedroom and study done to match living room. Beautiful floors. They did damage the floors moving the furniture back into Master Bedroom, but they came and made repairs more

Quality install 9/8/2015

Had a good experience with Vicki with ordering product etc. It took about a week longer than expected to get the product in. The install guys did a great job, although I did have to call to inquire about the transition joints that were supposed to be ordered. They came out the next day to install. more

Great experience 9/8/2015

New kitchen and master bath flooring installed. Team was on time, worked hard and got the job done. Errors were corrected immediately eliminating need for call back. Wolde has now renovated our entire kitchen (counter, backsplash and floor); we are very pleased with the results. more

Great work! 8/13/2015

Vicky helped match colors with the granite countertops, kitchen and laundry room flooring and the family room carpet. Danny gave an estimate and there were no hidden charges! We had three estimates, they were not the lowest, (it was close) but we had a feeling their work would be the best! Their estimate was by line item and we could see where the money was being spent. This gave us confidence in what we were being told. The people that came out to install our counter tops and flooring were great. Both groups were polite, courteous, and cleaned up their work! They did not rip up anything and the work performed was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would use them again! more

Not a good experience. 5/12/2015

I did not have a good experience with Wolde Flooring. All the workers were outstanding, but dealing with the sales people was a nightmare. They came up short on tile three different times. They also failed to schedule the granite install, but scheduled the tile install. You can't do one without the other. The workers did a great job, but I will never use them again. RESPONSE FROM Wolde Flooring, LLC: Mr Kemner, we are sorry about our product order running short. However, we stand behind our quotes and we did make it right. We are glad that you are satisfied with your finished product & kitchen remodel. We never leave our customers hanging and do everything possible to complete our jobs in a timely manner. more

Great Work and Great Satisfaction! 5/8/2015

We had Wolde Flooring, LLC install hard wood floors in our home and they were great. We had a little problem with the foundation--there was a crack--and they repaired that right away. We already had the same wood flooring in our hallway and they extended that into our living room and bedroom. The blending is perfect. You would never guess that the hallway and the rest were done at different dates. On top of that, they cleaned up after themselves. The prices were reasonable and we will absolutely be using them again. more

Wolde Flooring, LLC helped us pick the creative designer for our tiles. They were very patient with us as we made our selection. They were hard workers, and they came on time. They were respectful of our property, and left the house in better condition than when they first came. more

Great Company 4/5/2015

We were moving from Texas to Alabama and needed to change the flooring in the home we purchased. We weren't able to go to the store to match flooring and Wolde matched the flooring perfectly with the already installed wood flooring. The timing in completion was perfect, just in time for the movers to unload our belongings more

A complete job; the crew was profesional and very quick;there were at one time 7 men working on our job. Took 3 days to do abt 1500 square feet 2/26/2015

Upon starting at abt 9 AM on day 1, the crew worked until 8PM, moving furniture, taking up the old ( and quite dusty) carpet ( no matter how clean one tries to keep it, carpet WILL hold a lot of dust/dirt that will not come out. They put down commercial vinyl strip flooring - maple plank style. They went from inside outward to the periphery so that the entire floor presents a continous patern throughout the house. A thorough cleaning job, after installing quarter-round, finished the job. We will be cleaning dust out of everything for weeks! GOOD JOB! more

Had carpet installed, they were great to work with, helping me figure out what we wanted and allowing me to take many samples home. Installation was done in a day and we are enjoying our new carpet. more
