Front fender and bumper repair 5/2/2011

My car was hit in a parking lot and there was a dent on the fender near the lip and some scuffing of the bumper near the fender. Woburn Foreign Autobody repaired the dent and the bumper perfectly. The car has pearlescent paint and the paint work came out beautiful as well. Perfect match and blend and no orange peel finish. The car came out of the shop looking brand new. I liked the online progress tracking with photos. Woburn Foreign Autobody was great to work with from the technicians to folks in the front office. Each step of the process was handled professionally and efficiently. more

Every part of my experience at WFAB was excellent - from the first phone call to the final inspection and pick up. They made everything easy and trouble free and of course the car looks like new! It took a little longer than I expected - but they were great at explaining the process up front and along the way! I will never go anywhere else! more

Fixed my car quickly 4/30/2011

My Volvo XC70 (2007) was rear ended and thus requiring a bumper replacement. I only could afford to have my car in for a week due to travel commitments. They took care of working with the other insurance company and got my car completed within the week. They were great. more

Rapid response; great service; on time results. 4/29/2011

Star was wonderful to work with; she handled everything like I would have expected. Be allowed a "loaner" was a BIG PLUS! The work was great; looked just like brand new. And taking care of the rest of car was an unexpected plus. Great work, Woburn Foreign Auto Body. more

Amazing and up to date online expereince with SUPER staff 3/24/2011

I was completely impressed with being able to track my vehicle's work on-line. That was a great surprise and nothing I had ever seen before. The staff was a pleasure and honestly, a breath of fresh air to deal with. They were super professional and upbeat. I would a thousand times over recommend WFAB to friends and family, and possibly even strangers, hehe. THANK YOU SO MUCH for a great experience from a busy mom of 3!! more

Great Service and Quality Repair 3/21/2011

I was very pleased by the repairs done to my car. I liked receiving the pictures of the car and the updates via email. I think the one thing that could be impoved is the follow-up via the phone. This is a minor point, but I had to call back in some cases to get the final cost of the repairs based on my insurance. more

Excellent work, service and staff 3/15/2011

The work done to my car was excellent, and there is no sign of any previous damage. The people at WFAB were also very helpful and accommodating. My battery died while at the shop, and they were able to source and replace the battery for me, saving me a trip back and forth. They also helped to set up a rental car, and handle the insurance paperwork with the rental car company. Everything during the process was seamless. There website also allows you to track the progress of your car and view photos at each stage of the repair process. more
