Excellent experience 8/16/2011

This my first time in body shop in america. They have been very professional, they returned the car as it was when I purchased it. They also offer a tour of the facility to my father that was visiting from Italy. more

Excellent experience 8/10/2011

From the moment I made contact with Woburn Foreign Auto Body, I realized that the personnel on hand would complete the tasks at hand and repair my vehicle as quickly as possible. They have exceeded my expectations and remained pretty calm in an environment that deal with wreckage and people who may at times be anxious or upset. I appreciated the efforts they put forward on my vehicle and would clearly recommend their services to others. more

I did not like how long it took for the repair since it left me without a car longer than I consider necessary. 8/10/2011

The bumper for the car was not received until about 5 days after I had dropped the car off. I consider this, time that was wasted if the part were ordered before the car was dropped of for repair. more

The manager, Shawn Bolger, was extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure that my vehicle was repaired properly and that my out of pocket expenses were minimal. He made all the arrangements with my insurance company and handled it very professionally. There really was no effort on my part. My vehicle was also detailed and the car looks great. Nice work and I want to thank them for their work. It was all one stop for me. They had a rental there waiting for me and I went about my businees without interruption. more

my car was in the shop with them twice in 2 months. 8/5/2011

After picking up my car which had been with them after significant damage in an accident, it was hit a second time in as much as 2 hours. The staff as well as the work done were fantastic. Both times. Rhonda , Star, and Jim went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and that they really were looking out for me and my car. This kind of service is appreciated, and I thank them. more

Everything went smoothly except that the so-called "daily updates" with pictures of your vehicle are not really updated. They even sent me one after I had already picked up my car and in the picture my car was still pulled apart awaiting painting - I did not like that service at all but otherwise, overall a good experience. more

The best service and treatment 7/26/2011

I just think Woburn is so great. Even though I live in Quincy now, I still make the 25-30 minute drive, they're so professional. The gentleman I've dealt with from day one, Peter, he just doesn't have that horrible Massachusetts attitude that everyone has that you're doing them a favor. Everyone in the office is so nice, they really take the pain out of body work. If every office was like them, the world would be a better place. I get better service and treatment at the body shop than I do at the Jag dealer. I went to a buy new car and was treated like rubbish. more

Quality repair on my daughters Toyota 7/25/2011

My Daughter Sara Toga Collings recently had her Toyota repaired after sustaining front end damage which included damage to the frame. Your facility did an excellent and timely repair and the office staff was truly professional in all aspects.
