If you have to deal with getting your car repaired, this place is great 4/16/2012

Jim Cooper dealt with everything and in a great personnel manner. The work on the car was done perfectly and he helped with everything within his control and then some. Hopefully I don't need another need of a body shop but if I do, I'll go back here. more

Very, very satisfied. 3/15/2012

I am very satisfied with the work done to my vehicle. Everyone that I came in contact with has been profesional and caring, right down to the daily emails that I received to keep me in the loop. I could not have had a more pleasant experience. This is certainly not a "back room"operation. I will definitely recommend WFM to anyone in need of auto body repair. Again, thank you for taking such good care of my car. more

I have used Woburn Foreign Auto Body several times over the years and highly recommend them. I find the customer service excellent. They are always friendly, have rental car waiting for me,keep me informed of progress, the car is ready when they say it will be, and the quality of their work is great. more

4 stars 3/1/2012

Jim cooper, tabitha, and Rhonda were all great and I give them 5 stars but the amount of time it took to get the car back to us was too long so I'd give that side of the experience only 3stars. The final result of the repair looks perfect. Work began on February 6th and wasn't completed until February 23rd around 2 or 3 o'clock so that is 19 days to us. The previous days that the car was there were awaiting review from insurance and they took too long as well but I know that has nothing to do with WFM. The 3 stars and the 5 stars average to 4 stars. I really should weight the technician score and turn around time more heavily but am not. I would recommend Woburn but warn about the turn around time. more

Job Well Done 2/21/2012

This is the first time my car needed body work. I was suprised at how long it takes to get body work done, but I heard from everyone that no matter where you go this type of work takes time. WFAB did wonderful work. I was upset when a ladder fell off someone else's truck and I was not savvy enough to get the license plate. So I got stuck with the deductible. However, WFAB did such a great job, now I feel like my car is worth more than when I turned it in. The hood and front bumpers were replaced...and they even did a little interior cleaning to boot. Well done. more

Woburn Foreign Auto Body -- Repairs to Car 2/20/2012

Today February 20th, I went to Woburn Foreign Auto Body. The Secretary took my name and introduced me to the gentleman who came out to check my car. Being an older woman, I explained as best I could the problem with my door and also that a friend told me I needed break lights. I had an accident 3 months ago and was so impressed with the way Woburn Foreign Auto Body handled my situation, that I wanted to go back to Woburn Foreign Auto Body when this problem developed with my car door and also I needed the rear brakes lights replaced. Today, again they showed what fine employees the customers are dealing with! ! ! They took the time to explain and help me to understand what was wrong with my car door and what needed to be done. They were very kind while I waited for the work to be done and I am so appreciative to know that I have such a great place to bring my car when repairs are needed. I can't begin to thank them enough for everything they have done to make my car feel like a new car when I drove out of their parking lot. It is so wonderful to deal with understanding people like those at Woburn Foreign Auto Body. more

I was going on vacation and they actually picked up my car for me at my house and had it done by the time I go back. Bob Winters and Jim Cooper are the most professional helpful gentelmen to deal with...they make a painful experence much much easier to deal with and really put your mind at ease...I am a repeat customer and will no one else.... more

decent services and good repairs 2/12/2012

Face-to-Face interactions,, i.e.during our introduction and when I picked up the car, the services were friendly and efficient, but during the repairs, I missed a few phone calls and it took a week longer than I expected to get my auto body repairs done, with that said, the work was well done. They have nice, kind and professional staff members. My car was repaired and ready on time as they estimated. The communication and updates regarding the repair status were excellent. Especially the photos of my car as the repair is processed was impressive. more
