Whatever you do don't leave anything there. I left a little stroller there after I was there watching the Auburn football game (with the Auburn DFW club). I could not go back to g...

Love this place! Lots of pool tables, good music, nice crowd and cheap strong drinks! Had a blast with my group on pool, free shots from the captian Morgan girls, punched the hell out of their punching game and danced the rest of the night away! Well definitely be going back! Oh and the fried pickles are the best! ;)\r more

I always have a great time at Wizards. In fact, I go for lunch DAILY. The place is fun, everybody is friendly, and the food is GREAT for a bar. I wouldn't chose any other place to hang out.\r more

I love this bar!! My fiancé and I went in on a Friday and had a great time. Ashley was our waitress and she did a great job. I was even more impressed with Alex the busser. While people watching we noticed he never stopped moving. Not one table was full of dishes and as soon as a drink was finished he was there to collect the empty glass. He displayed AWESOME teamwork and was very friendly with a smile on his face throughout our whole visit. The Manager on duty was Mark and he was very attentive and kind as well. Most managers especially in a bar scene are checked out and don't care. Only after speaking to Mark did we realize it was Alex's Birthday. Even working on his Birthday he had a great attitude. Everyone during our visit was very observant and personable. We will continue to go back because the food is GREAT and the service is efficient!!\r more

I have gone to Wizard's for lunch at least once a week for 20+ years, sometimes with a gap, but sometimes I eat there 3 or 4 times a week. So why when there is so many restaurants in Dallas ? Never had a bad meal, Good menu variety so I do not need to think about what I want to eat before choosing a lunch location. Good fresh strong tea ( I send back week tea & drink water if a restaurant brings me week tea for $2.00 to $3.00 ). Good lunch specials. When I am in a hurry I can get in & out I 30 min. & when I need to get away from the stress of work or meet with someone for lunch I do not feel pressured to leave after I finish eating, Free Wi-Fi that I use, & like the song from Cheers "" where everybody knows your name ""\r more

Wednesday nights $2 Crown-and-down. Two bucks gets you any shot or mixed drink with Crown Royale-level liquor to whatever's in the well. As a Jack & Coke aficionado, it's almost like getting free refills. A friend of mine knocks back the Kettle One-Sevens like they were water and can walk away with a $10 bar tab. Not a bad deal at all.\r more

The kosher hot dog with junk fries: a biggo dog split down the middle, served on a hoagie-like roll instead of a bun, plastered with tasty chili in a basket of ""junk fries."" Junk fries are a mix of curly fries, waffle fries and their own home-made thick cut potato chips. Order it with mustard and onions and scoop up what falls out with the chips. Good gawd almighty this is one tasty chili dog and for me worth the trip alone, especially when combined\r more

I can't say I'm a fan of the smoke, but the friendly waitstaff & great drink specials more than make up for it. Did I mention the Brisket Tacos? To DIE for!!! If you want a fun place to hang out & play some pool or listen to some great live music, this is it. Also a fun place to host a private party!\r more

The bartenders are funny, and if you visit a few times, they will remember your name, your face, and your drink. The food is beyond most bar food I've ever had. I really like almost everything, but the chicken quesadillas are awesome, the burgers are juicy, and junk bucket fries are fun. There are choices for the calorie conscious...for instance, I often get the Turkey, lettuce, and avocado sandwich on a brown roll, with extra tomatoes instead of mayo and vegetables instead of fries. The pool tables are nicely maintained, and the waitresses are friendly and flirty, unless you're just rude. In that case, yes, you will probably not get the best service. They have drink specials every day, a great Wednesday all day, all night happy hour, shuffleboard, a punching bag game...now I'm feeling like a homer. I will say that I think you get back whatever you bring into a place. If you come in ready to have a good time, you'll have a good time. If you don't, go to McDonald's, get drive-through, and go home.\r more

Came here last weekend to hear a friend DJ. This place is huge!!. Tons of pool tables. Big huge bar. Lots of waitresses to go around, so service was great. Plenty of parking. Did not try the food, but drinks are cheap!!\r more

This pub sports uber-friendly drink and food service, an actual creative menu(!), expert mixologists at the full bar (Hey Bill!), and a diverse, interesting group of patrons to strike up a conversation with. Be warned though, on weekends it can get CRAZY crowded and loud as hell when a good band is playing. Pro tip: buy Ben at the bar a Guinness for good luck :-)\r more

Friends and I took down a multitude of shots at this smoky sports bar, where I was introduced to Vegas bombs - quite refreshing - played pool (where I got hustled by a little lady), and managed to leave without getting into a fight with anyone. Considering it was a weekday, a healthy crowd filled the place. And Wizard's isn't small.\r more

The beer selection is pretty limited; Killian's Red, Shiner Bock, and standard American beers like Bud, Miller, and Coors, but they do have liquor. The prices are pretty decent too. There are several pool tables, and a table costs $11 an hour. Shuffleboard is free, although you have to check out the pucks with your driver's license. There are also darts, which we didn't get a chance to play, so I couldn't tell you what the price is.\r more

Fantastic weekday watering hole! I miss the hell out of this place now that my work is far away, but I still make it out here every couple months or so. It has a great layout with an ocean of regulation pool tables on the north side and a small stage on the south side separated by a raised area where the 360-degree bar dominates.\r more

This is a great place to watch a game a grab a beer. Good parking, easy to get to off of 75 and friendly waitstaff.\r more

I just have to put my two cents in. I have recently started frequenting Wizard's. I love to play pool, and they have 12 decently kept pool tables. Plus darts and shuffleboard. I have only been on Saturday nights, and have never tried the food. Yes, the waitresses wear skimpy little referee outfits but who cares? The band is great, they can cover anything. And I know what you're thinking about cover bands, but they really are good. They can play anything you request! If you're looking for a different scene, give it a try.\r more

First time to Wizards. Loved it! Staff is friendly and attentive. Plenty of TVs and pool tables. It's spacious, so you've got plenty of room. Food was great! Great place to go on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and drinks, and stay till the band comes on! Great time! Loved it! Didn't want to leave!\r more

Really fun place to go play pool. It wasn't too crowded, and the drinks were fairly priced. Also tried the humus plate, and it was very good.\r more

Haven't been in a while but just went again and Wednesday, didn't plan on eating but with cheap drinks played it safe and ordered a Tuna Fish sandwich and it was so good, I was really surprised. I mean you know it is a sports bar.\r more
