Witt Lincoln

Our Lincolns have always been serviced at?Witt?Lincoln Mercury and our service writer is Trish.The Lincoln is Mary's car. I have two Ford vehicles, a 1998 E150 Van Conversion I bought new and a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trax I bought used. Due to the excellent service we have recieved from Trish and your Tec. on the Lincolns I asked Trish if I could bring my Sport Trax in for service. I explained to Trish that the Sport Trax was used primarily by my 16 and 17 year old grandson and grand daughter. I had used it to pick up some material and was not comfortable with the way the vehicle was braking. Trish assured me they would find and fix the problem. There turned out to be multiple problems. I am pleased to inform you that every thing was repaired and returned in better condition than it has been sense I bought the vehicle off a used car lot. I believe that Trish is the number one reason that we bring our vehicles to Whill Lincoln Mercury for service. Also I have told Trish that I will be bring my E150 in for service. more

I went in to the dealership while on R&R to look for a dependable vehicle for my wife while deployed to Iraq. I spotted a new 2005 Aviator with an incredible discount. The sales person was very informed about the product and there was no pressure during a true presentation of the vehicle. This was clearly the best automotive buying experience I have ever had. I also purchased the maintenance program so my wife would have no issues with the car while I have been gone. The service department is outstanding and professional also. more

I love the Witt-Lincoln Mercury Family! Ernie Gonzales is the best. Everyone at Witt worked with me (for the third time) to work out the best financing available to me. Ernie is very thorough and well versed in his field. The Witt family personally spoke with me, and facilitated the purchase of the automobiles. I felt very welcome and comfortable. I have recommended Witt Lincoln/Mercury to several other people. I am sorry to see the Mercury brand disappear from the market after all these years. I have been assured that parts for my 2010 and 2011 Mariners will still be available and any recalls for Mercury will be honored at Witt. more

My Service Rep Trish bends over backward to provide the ultimate quality service. She always accommodates my very busy work schedule so I can fit my car into my hectic day for service. Once again, thank you to everyone at witt: sabrina, Barry, Kathy, john, Todd and ed (the owner) for making this the most pleasant buying experience...ever!!! Great experience!!! I wouldnt go anywhere else. Great service dept. I also met one of the 2 Witt brothers, I believe his name was Scott. Great guy and very helpful. Best part of all is hes honest. I also noticed when i was there that the owner himslef was there and greeting guests with an open door. Very nice to see the owners door open when i pull up willing to help and answer questions. I've never seen that ANYWHERE else. I encourage EVERYONE to take there cars to Witt Lincoln Mercury regardless of the make or model of the vehicle. I also have a Toyota Camry in which i take to Witt for service. Nobody likes to take there car to the shop, but when I go to Witt Lincoln Mercury i feel as if they treat my car the way it should be. They accommodated all of my needs. I had meetings at work and doctors' appointments; I am 8 months pregnant so have quiet a bit going on. The service team went above and beyond to find me a rental vehicle, arranged for me to be picked up from the Enterprise near my work, and then worked to allow for me to drop off the vehicle at the Witt Enterprise when my car was ready. In all of my experience with car service places, working with Witt is by far the best. Thank you for making it so easy!!! more

Trish is a great employee of yours. She's always ready to help her customer regardless of the time of the day. She's very professional in doing business and always listens to what the customer has to request. I've been doing business with Trish for over 5 years now and she continues to make me feel that I'm the only customer in the whole store each time I come to your dealership.
