Our Lincolns have always been serviced at?Witt?Lincoln Mercury and our service writer is Trish.The Lincoln is Mary's car. I have two Ford vehicles, a 1998 E150 Van Conversion I bought new and a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trax I bought used. Due to the excellent service we have recieved from Trish and your Tec. on the Lincolns I asked Trish if I could bring my Sport Trax in for service. I explained to Trish that the Sport Trax was used primarily by my 16 and 17 year old grandson and grand daughter. I had used it to pick up some material and was not comfortable with the way the vehicle was braking. Trish assured me they would find and fix the problem. There turned out to be multiple problems. I am pleased to inform you that every thing was repaired and returned in better condition than it has been sense I bought the vehicle off a used car lot. I believe that Trish is the number one reason that we bring our vehicles to Whill Lincoln Mercury for service. Also I have told Trish that I will be bring my E150 in for service.
