Being that I don't live local to the agency, communication is a big part of doing business with them for me. They're great though, if I have any questions or concerns I call them up, and they'll usually get back to me with an within the same day. The few staff that I've dealt with are really knowledgeable, and if they don't know the answer to something there's usually someone else around that does.
