I went in to Wisteria Lane Flooring on Kauai and Nadine was absolutely wonderful!\r We went in looking for laminate thinking its all we could afford afte several places previous! Well at Wisteria Nadine was very helpful and knowledgable about the floors! There prices were affordable. We ended up getting a solid strandwoven bamboo that we absolutely love! Her customer service was the best we encountered on the island! We ended up getting more floor later to do our master bedroom! Thank you Nadine! They were very pleasant and their tigerwood laminate looks beautiful and good quality compared to other places that I went to. The cost is very reasonable. I called 15 minutes before closing to get additional matching molding and it was ready for pick up early the next morning. I had my own carpenter to install it. They were very helpful and not pushy and I changed pick up times a day earlier and they had it ready. If you purchase extra every will buy back any unopened boxes. more

Nadine Tamayose at Wisteria Lane Flooring Kauai Location handled my transaction smoothly! I was planning a project in advance and i knew i wanted a type of hardwood flooring. I went to the showroom and ended up choosing the engineered Tiger Wood. Nadine asked me the details of the construction, when the project was going to start and who my contractor was going to be and that was it. Nadine dealt with the contractor directly and i never had to do anything else. The next thing i knew, the floors was installed and it was very beautiful!!! When my wife and I purchased our retirement home tucked away at the end of a cul de sac in a pristine area of Wailua Homesteads, we knew we needed to pull the carpets that led up the stairs to the main room, bedroom and dining room. We wanted the tropical feeling of wood or laminates beneath our feet that blended with our surroundings. We shopped around on Kauai and online looking for a variety of samples, prices and quality. It became apparent that there was only one flooring outlet that had it all. That was WISTERIA LANE FLOORING. Their selection online was superb, their pricing was most competitive because of how they basically eliminate the middle man distributor because they purchase and manufacture their own supplies. We had also traveled to Oahu, and been to many stores and showrooms. When we walked into the WISTERIA LANE showroom on Kauai, in Lihue , we were amazed at the displays. Large panels of sampling were lining the walls. When we had questions, Nadine and Dacia sat with us, and helped with our final decision. When we brought some of the samples to our home and saw how they would match the new paints we had on the walls, the decision was even easier. We ordered the Summer Wheat solid flooring for the entire area. And Nadine was right. It opened the area immensely, while complementing the great outdoors that surrounded our home. \r The paneling arrived in very little time from Oahu, and when we needed additonal flooring for the finish workon the stairs, it too arrived quickly and easily. Nadine actually recommended an installer. who we found to be most efficient, affordable and professional. I have only good things to say about Wisteria. Dejon was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. She helped my husband and I choose the perfect floor. Mycal, the installer was also friendly and he and his partner did an excellent job. We love our floor and have plans to do more flooring in the near future. Wisteria is where we will go! The representative, Nadine, is truly a rare breed these days for interaction with customers. Product is decent but customer service and policies are terrible. In a customer service oriented business they are terrible and do not value their customers. I was originally told I would receive a 10% discount from salesperson but when I checked my bill I was charged the full price. I spoke to the Hawaii manager on Oahu (Jay) who was very rude and disrespectful and basically told they would never offer that and there is no way he would honor it. The only discount he would be ""willing"" to give is 20% off the underlay but shipping discount and floor discount was out of the question. I also needed to get another roll of underlay so he told me they had one at the store on Maui so I could have that for 20% and there would be no shipping. Too good to be true. I got the bill and it was for the full price AND included shipping. DO NOT shop here. Check their ratings on Oahu and you will see the similar comments. I hoped the Maui store would be better but they all fall under Jay and Oahu management. more

The attention to detail with laying the quater round around corners really helps to set off the bamboo flooring. The crew you sent to our home was very professional, polite and knew flooring product. Daily they cleaned up the mess that laying a floor requires and kept us informed as to when return and what they would be doing.
