As first time homebuyers, we were fairly clueless on what to do. The people at WI Mortgage were extremely helpful in finding us the best programs and rates. We double-checked with a couple banks and found their fees and closing costs to be comparable. We've asked a million probably stupid questions and they are always very nice and helpful in helping us figure out this whole process. If you stop by the office someone is always available to talk to you or make copies, whatever.
