I hate my cellphone. It's a piece of crap. I have the first edition of the ""Chocolate"" the red one. This is the last time I'll every buy the first edition of anything.
Anyways, after needing to go in and replace it AGAIN since it broke, I realized how damn cool their employees are. In fear of getting anyone in trouble, let's just say they really cared about my frustrations and help keep me happy.
