What an amazing lawyer this woman is! She is everything and more you can ask for in a lawyer. I first went to one of those meat packing factory type mills that advertise everyday on TV, I don't care what good things other ""testimonials"" said about them I didn't like them. I then went to KQ based on a friend's recommendation. I was hesitant at first because of her youthful appearence. But the more I talked to her the more she grew on me. Not only is Kristy a wonderful attorney, she's a wonderful person! She was recommended by LawQA, a free legal question answering website. I called her because she had answered over 2000 questions on the website, and was endorsed by attorneys from all over the country. When I called her, I told her up front that I may not be able to pay to hire an attorney. She spent over 30 minutes giving me free advice over the phone anyway. OMG, she thinks we're all imbeciles!!! Hey, Kristy, did you actually believe, in your right mind, that ANYONE, and I mean ANYONE, would believe that a total beginner like you would actually have 12 reviews!!??!? Kristy girl, you don't even have 12 CLIENTS!!!! Are you kidding??!!?? OK, here it is. Mengun Qiu (that's really Kristy's name) began filing bankruptcy cases in early 2011. To date, she has filed under 10 cases. All but one of the them have been Chapter 7 cases, and the sole Chapter 13 case has yet to even be confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court. Oh, and to the genius who wrote that none of this information could be obtained by anyone other than another lawyer or a paralegal, that's incorrect. Anybody who walks into the clerk's office at any of the Bankruptcy Courts in either Miami, Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach can have access to all of this information. I got news for you sweetheart, it's all public record!! So, to sum it up, and to stop wasting both mine and anyone else's time who might have accidentally stumbled upon this farce of Kristy's, she doesn't have a goddamn idea of how to practice bankruptcy law. Not a clue. Ms. Qiu is nothing more than another inexperienced, pathetic lawyer who's looking to make an easy buck on the shoulders of us poor victims of this horrible economy. That's it. She's simply a little opportunist who had the bright idea that.... ""Hey, I know how I can get a start practicing law in the real world! Why don't i try my hand at......hmmmm, hey, I got it -- BANKRUPTCY!!!"" How pathetic Kristy, how utterly pathetic girl..... Just say NO..... word!! more
