Winter honda in Antioch CA. is the worst place you can go for service. The service advoisers are very unfriendly very poor managment they charge you for something they didn't do. ...

Winter honda in Antioch CA. is the worst place you can go for service. The service advoisers are very unfriendly very poor managment they charge you for something they didn't do. I took my car for tansmission problem with extended warrenty they charged me $151.00 and they didn't do nothing they said they couldn't find the problem and problem still exist my be they are good to sell you a car but customer service, managment, and the service is a big joke just be carefull when you go there. more

Going to Winter Honda for service is a waste of time and money, they are overpriced on their prices and their service packages are a joke, service advisors dont know much about a car unless they go and harass a technician to bail them out because they dont know. My friend took his car for an oil change tire rotation and brake inspection and charged him over 110.00$ with some goofy washer fluid and took them forever to finish it. more

i have bought 2 vehicles myself from winter honda in the past 3 years, and i just refer 5 of my friends to buy there, talking about world class service and great deal!! ask for Jeff and Jack, they very straight forward and no game. treat you with respect. it's really change the experience of buying vehicle. more

BEST DEAL AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE 1/24/2008

i just bought my brand new 2008 Honda Accord with navigation, the sales person-Rick and sales manager - Jack were very knowledgeable and very helpful. they gave me a "world class customer service". the deal i got is the best deal in town. I'll send my family and friends go there. more

Poor Sales, Finance and Customer service...go next door to Hyundai 8/24/2007

The sales manager (bald hispanic, flipino guy), the finance person, Jack was very rude. A deal on a CRV cannot be reach due to the rude service. \r \r Me and my wife had enough and walk next door to Hyundai for better customer service and very reasonabable deal. We finally made a purchase going to Hyundai. more

GREAT SALES AND FINANCE STAFF! 5/31/2007

I just bought my new 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid and was estatic. I was helped by Brian and Ben for the best deal for my new hybrid car. The Sales Manager and the Finance Manager (Jack) helped me with a rate that was not hard to beat... they didn't just sell me a car, they gave me a great rate, the best deal... and also took the time in helping me understand the ins and outs of my new car. I would definately buy another car from them again! They are NOT pricey like the last review stated... I got the best deal around the bay area for a Honda Hybrid car! A deal any dealers can't beat! So check them out! more

Big Lot 7/31/2005

The Winter Honda Dealership is located right off the freeway. In fact, it can be seen from the freeway with their large advertisements and signs. They have a relatively large lot of cars. Their indoor showroom is cool and bright. They have staff standing outside ready to answer any question one might have. They aren't overly aggressive in their approach toward a customer. But, we found them to be pricier than the one in Walnut Creek. more
