Just had one of your technician guys leave my home, and they were just installing my new chain drive opener. First, you guys had the best pricing around, and I really appreciate the honesty. Saved me major money 7/2/2013

They did an amazing job replacing my old door, with my new wooden door. I wanted one that matched my neighbors. They just got a gorgeous wood door put on their house, and you guys did theirs as well. So I asked her, and she gave me you guys number, and I had you guys out the very next week to install my door. I really thank you. Looks great. more

you guys derserve a medal for best 6/27/2013

Thanks to everyone who wrote a review. I contacted Winston Salem garage door repair on behalf of my Land-lady who wanted 'the best deal'. She wanted to use different company I don’t know why. I persuaded her to go with based on the reviews of both company's. Tech arrived when he said he would for the estimate. It was fair and honest. They work was done on time to a very high level and he even got one of the 3 garage door openers hooked up and working. A very pleasant experience from start to finish.Thank you Guys. more

They are always professional and friendly, but what brings me back again and again is their honesty. It is hard to find a company nowdays that does not try to oversell or deceive the customer. I pray that God continues to bless them as they have been a blessing to me. more

Better than expected 5/14/2013

I called their office at about 10:30 in the morning. The lady on the phone was very helpful and promised to have a technician out between 11:30 and 12:30 same day. She even answered my questions on what to expect in charges. The repairman arrived at 11:45 and was completely finished by 12:30! The price was just what the lady had estimated?no hidden charges! And the work is guaranteed. What more could any customer ask for?! Thank you so much for making my garage door repair an easy and affordable experience! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repair. more

Great work 3/13/2013

I needed some work to be done on my garage door. It wasn't opening and closing properly. When the guy came out, he was able to automatcially spot what was wrong and was able to fix it that moment. Great work more

Wow,they gave me all sorts of discounts and deals on this brand new garage door I had ordered! It was the last in stock so I got it for a steal! I am so happy my sister referred me to this company I couldn't be happier and I definitely am pleased with them and would use them again in the future! more

Even though they were the cheapest I could find doesn't mean you have to suffer quality. My newly fixed garage door is still working very well after weeks!!! And they were very professional. more

Garage door broke down and the representative from Winston Salem Garage Doors Repair showed up the same day, quoted me a price for the work and there were no hidden fees. The technician arrived at arrange time to fix a garage door, had the parts on hand and got my garage door working that day. Very friendly guy knows his trade and the rates were competitive. Excellent service! 5/29/2012

Showed up on time. Did the job as requested for the price as quoted. The repairman was pleasant, polite, courteous and cleaned up after the repair. I have used this company previously to replace a garage door spring approximately a year ago and this time to replace the garage door opener. I will call them again if I should require their services and would most definitely recommend them to anyone that may need to have similar repair work performed. Thumbs up! more
