I've been to the Castle Rock location numerous times. It seems I'm not the only one ranting about their horrible service. Look, I'm not a particularly picky or demanding custome...

Horrible Food, Rotten servers! 7/11/2010

We stopped by because this place was not busy. Now I know why! The wings were like rocks (over cooked) and the fries were great until I ate a big GLOB of lemon soap mixed in with them. ""Fresh cut"" sweet potato fries. I actually puked in the bathroom after I ate them. I told the ""manager"" aka owner daughter and she proceeded to laugh at me with the other servers that ""we dont even use lemon soap to wahs dishes here! Then when we were about to leave, come to find out they use lemon soap for the bar's glasses (the other waitress told us when we were walking out the door)..looks like they washed the potatoes with it and didn't rinse quite enough. $30 for a meal that made me puke. WILL NOT GO BACK. Pros: Close by Cons: Overcooked wings, left SOAP on our fresh cut fries more

I loved it! 11/26/2009

I loved the wings, i go to wingin it every once in awhile, but what made me to write a review this time is because the costumer service changed. Before i would never get a smile from the waitress and that was it, but now i noticed a nice girl waitressing she was the most nicest person i met, she looks great and has a beautiful smile. She stops to talk and i would like to add the bartender that night was hilarious he was so nice to. i am most likely to go back to wingin it more often now due to the service. thank you Pros: watchin the football game w/ no kids around! Cons: um i guess what scott said about waiting for the food more

I will go there again. 11/25/2009

The wings are deffinetly the best around and their happy hour has great prices on draft beer. ($1.65) They do cook the food to order, I guess that's why the wings are good, but worth the wait. Don't try to make it to the movies in 20 min. Went to see Twilight and thought I would pick up wings before hand, but there was line out the door. Turns out the movie was sold out so we headed back and by then the line was gone and it took a little less than 20 min for great wings. Pros: Best wings Cons: Food cooked to order-don't try for a movie in 20 min more

would not ever go there again 11/23/2009

the serves is terable snoby and disrespectful food slapped together like lunch room food owner dosent care about how dirty the kitchen is and would not recommend it to anyone Pros: worst wings in town Cons: worst serves and food ever more

Great Food, Horrible (AWFUL!) Service. 6/10/2009

Come on guys! Don't you google the name of your business to see what others are saying? I'm somewhat relieved to see that it seems like everyone has had awful service at Wingin It and that it isn't just me. Every single time me (or my husband or the two of us) go we have something bizarre happen that is cringeworthy and beyond bad. Order screw-ups, the food takes forever to come out (which isn't good when you give yourself an hour to eat before the movie at the movie theater starts, and you're dashing across the parking lot to make it to the movie on time after eating...ugh), or the lady working behind the front counter yells at you because it's 11:30am and the door is open but (GASP) they aren't actually open because the cook hasn't shown up for the day! The service here is beyond bizarre and rude and for that, the good food isn't enough of a draw. It takes a lot for me to tell someone to stay away from a restaurant in Castle Rock but Wingin It? STAY AWAY! Pros: Good food. Really good food. Cons: Service is awful every, single, time. more

Good wings but worse than horrible service 4/14/2009

I've been to the Castle Rock location numerous times. It seems I'm not the only one ranting about their horrible service. Look, I'm not a particularly picky or demanding customer, but these guys are always finding a way to tick me off. They're either getting my to-go orders wrong, or they bus my table and throw away my food while I'm away for a minute cleaning off a spot on my shirt. Tonight I was working late on a job along with a coworker, so I suggested we pick up Wingin It. I gave my coworker money and he went to pick up the meal. Being Tuesday, this was supposed to be the discount wing day. Of course they wound up charging full price for the Wings. When I called them, all they said was, ""oops sorry"", with no attempt to rectify the situation. The wings are good, that's what keeps me coming back. However my patience is getting very thin with them. Pros: good wings Cons: beyond terrible service more

Where's the meat???? 3/4/2009

These wings are NOT worth 75 cents a wing. These are the smallest chicken wings I have ever seen! I have been to the Castle Rock location 3 times now, hoping the wings would live up to their proud prices. Not only are the wings desperately anorexic, they are dry and chewy. Some beyond edible. I really tried to like this place, however I am giving up.\r \r On a positive note, the sauces are quite good...but not good enough to cover up the wings in lacking. Pros: the fish and chips are far better than the wings... Cons: prices, wings almost void of any meat, wings are so small they end up like chicken leather on a stick. more

BEST WINGS EVER! 12/21/2008

The Wingin' It in Castle Rock is amazing! The food is always tasty and cooked the way I want it. I am a picky eater too : ) The bartenders are friendly and always keep your glass full, and the cooks prepare and make the food in a timely manner. The best game is always on the nice flat screen tv's. If you want a certain game on, the servers are more than happy to change it for you. The owner is a nice guy, he comes in every day and chats with the customers on a regular basis. The servers walk around and make sure your food is great. They also keep the restaurant clean, once you leave they say good bye and clean up your mess, if you make one ; ) Over all the service and food are really great and the atmosphere is always enjoyable! I would recommend this restaurant any day of the week. Pros: great sevice, fantastic atmosphere and tastey food Cons: After 9pm, not a family establishment more

The WORST service in Colorado 11/6/2008

I am done with Wingin It for good. I have gone to several locations and they are all the same....... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. The worst location of all is Castle Rock. I have been in several times and will never make that mistake again. They have NEVER gotten my To Go order right... Not even 1 time! I wouldn't mind so much if they would just act like they care about their customers. I guess they are too busy to need my money. Take it from someone that has been burned 5-6 times this place is worse than terrible. Pros: Convenient Location Cons: Terrible Service, Average Food, Expensive for what you get more

Should be name Waitin On It !!!!! 6/25/2008

So I didn't get my name ""bigjohn"" for nothing, I like to eat. My wife and I were out cruising my Harley one afternoon and decided to get a cold beer and some wings. What a mistake! There was no one in the bar old enough to serve beer and only one cook in the kitchen who had more chrome on his face than my 07 fat boy. It took them over 45 minutes to get us served and the wings were small and over-cooked. The blonde girl working the counter spent more time on her cell phone than worrying about what the customers needed. I have eaten at the wingin it in Englewood and it was very very good and the service was superb. Do NOT waste your time or money at this wingin it in Castle Rock!!!!!! Happy trails. Pros: Nice Tv's Cons: Very poor service more

Best Wings in all of Colorado 4/7/2008

Colorado?s reigning chicken wing champ just keeps getting better. For several years the tiny Quebec & Countyline outpost has been setting the standard for what the hot-wings experience ought to be. Plump pieces of fresh chicken are cooked to order, then coated in one of a two dozen of made-from-scratch sauces. The Teriyaki is like a blast from the tropics, and Chipotle has a smoky taste, while the traditional hot sauces stay true to the Buffalo tradition.\r They don't skimp on the sides of blue cheese or ranch dressing, giving you just the right amount for the size of your order. Because the wings are usually medium size due to only using Free Range no hormone growth chicken, a $5.95 order of six should suffice for most folks. If the chickens do come in small they always add extras at no extra charge, so you always get the same amount, even if the chickens they buy aren?t. (Read the Menu, it explains this, and I like the fact my food doesn?t contain Growth Hormone) The only issue has been that the dining room is a little out dated in decor at the original location. But there's good news! Earlier this year, a 3rd and 4th Wingin It opened up. The newest one located by the movie theaters in Castle Rock is a definite upgrade. The new location has great flat panel TV?s, music that seems to be constantly upgraded by people that know good music. Think personal touch. If they know what you?re ordering before they have to ask you, you are never without a beer or cocktail depending on your pleasure. The full bar setup is also amazing. I love their ?ISH atmosphere on hours at the Castle Rock location. They never close early, but are more than happy to keep the joint rocking with wings and drinks if people are there, hence the 10:00 O?clickish closing time on weekends.\r ""Great flavor and grades of intensity A great Friday or Saturday Night starter on the town. A GREAT place to go for the true wing fanatic!!!"" Pros: Great Wings, better employees they treat their regulars right Cons: Size when it gets packed more

Great Wings - Horrible, horrible service 4/3/2008

WinginIt does have great wings, don't get me wrong but if you are looking for a pleasant experience this IS NOT the place to go. \r We have been there 3 times. 3 strikes your out! \r Don't expect to get ANY service at all here. \r You got to the counter, place your order, see your order come up, it sits on the counter for 10 minutes while numerous new ""to go"" orders come up and are served even though they were ordered after yours. \r The staff is standing around, text messaging, and talking amongst themselves. \r There are 5 tables of customers being ignored as well as us. \r We have had empty drinks for ever! \r The bartender must know some people at a table because she waits on them - they are right next to us and 2 other tables and she continues to ignore us. \r The 1st time we went in we left a great tip - we are known as great tippers in town. \r The 2nd and 3rd time not so much. \r I am appalled at the lack of service for a place with many employees just standing around. We won't even order ""to go"" from Wingin it anymore. Why give your money to a place that could care less! Pros: Great wings Cons: Horrible service more
