Terrible experience, don't shop here! 4/16/2011

I was helping my girlfriend shop for a wedding gown and unfortunately we visited Wine Country Bride in Santa Rosa. What a joke! The sales staff, not sure if they were management or not, were pushy and rude. My friend tried on a few dresses but didn't find anything she liked. They seemed insulted and tried to pressure her into purchasing on the spot.\r We couldn't get out the door fast enough!\r I don't recommend Wine Country Bride to anyone in the market for a wedding dress unless you want to be attacked by the sales person and pressured into a dress you don't want! more

New Owners... new Business 4/20/2010

New owners bought this business last year, and it has changed dramatically. The store looks different and is organized differently, the staff works differently... And they have incorporated a wedding planning and design showroom right in the middle of the shop. It's definitely worth checking out- 14,000 square feet of wedding gowns and planning resources.... yet you can make an appointment and have a consultant work with you one on one.... more
