We hired Windward Construction to remodel the basement of our two-bedroom home. We learned of Windward from a referral, and the business provided everything we were looking for. For starters, Matt Greer walked through the project with us, listened to our ideas, and came up with some design concepts that we hadn't even considered. Second, Matt gave us a comprehensive bid for the work. We appreciated the detail of Windward's contract and Matt's flexibility in the process. Third, Matt had some extraordinary workers on the job; he uses qualified, experienced people. Of course they were in our home throughout the project, and they were always hard at work and cleaned up the work site at the end of the day. We've seen (or heard) construction sites with ""boombox"" music, and we were impressed that Windward doesn't do that! Third, the work was very good, from demolition to framing to electrical to sheetrock to painting. Instead of having a ""basement,"" we now have a ""lower level"" guest room, home office, and hallway/common area. We were very pleased with the Windward remodeling experience, and we've passed Matt's name on to family, friends, and neighbors. We hope to use Windward in the future.
Pros: Good crew & communication, quality work
Cons: None come to mind
