Staff here is horrendous and rude. The staff are over 60 years old its hard for them to comprehend, I remember that I had to repeat myself 3 times for the lady to hear me. The Manager is arrogant and rude. She has no customer service skills.\r Rent is high. Short term fee is ridiculously high. Apartments are old. There are plenty of new apartments that have all upgrades for the same money. more

unfriendly mangment 8/10/2013

the current manager jean has a rude mean demeanor very arrogant. they act as if they are doing you the paying customer a favor. they could never get away with treating people in this manor if they didnt have you stuck in a lease. also make sure you love dogs if you come because you'll be living in a dog house. more
