Take it from an insider!!!DONT FALL FOR BUYING THEIR SO CALLED ADDITIVES.Use riddex.they try to sell you a fake so called top notch additive that's JUNK.

Great service 6/17/2011

Excellent service, and very knowledgeable about how to protect and care for your septic system. Preventative measures prolong the lifespan of the system - which is very important, eliminating huge expenses for repair or replacement. The same employee has been pumping our system for years. They must have excellent incentives to retain good employees over the years. A good sign of a very professional and successful company. I highly recommend their services. more

Septic service 6/9/2011

It's not something you want to spend money on, but you really need to pump your tank annually. We have used WindRiver since 1998 and they do a good job. They are always polite, professional and show up on time. The tech we have had for the past few years is Jim, and he does a good job explaining why the system performs (or does not perform). I skipped using their CCLS additive for one year, and it was a mistake. Fortunately I scheduled service just before the tank got in really bad shape. Now, I definitely use the additive and it made a difference. more

I have been using WindRiver Environmental for the past 20+ years at my last house in Carver and presently in Wareham. They have always provided exceptional service and show up when scheduled. The driver/technician always takes the time to inspect the system and provide recommendations (such as a filter or additives) when necessary without being pushy. They provide a reminder call yearly to take the guesswork out of when to schedule. more

We've had our septic service done by Windriver for many years and never have had a single issue or complaint. They don't force feed you services. They are thorough and knowledgeable. Excellent is the word. more

Excellent service and best deal 5/25/2011

Ever since we moved to our house seven years ago, we have been relying on Windriver Environmental for our septic pumping needs. The whole experience from making the appointment to the service call has been smooth and pleasant each time. The office crew is very nice, the service crew is knowledgeable, helpful and professional. There is no high pressure pitch to purchase extra services, just polite suggestions if they see any issues. I have recommended them to all my neighbors and friends. more

We have been using Windriver Environmental for years and they consistently deliver great services, are courteous and professional. Today, Jim, the technician was out to pump our tank , was very thorough and had many helpful recommendations for us. Windriver also provides/sells solution to use every other month to keep our system working. Overall, they are very reliable and give us a peace of mind when it comes to our septic system and its condition. more

Keep looking 10/25/2008

All these people do is oversell you. They also overcharge stating that my tank was larger than actual. I know it is a dirty business, but Wind River will take advantage of you. Pros: 24 hour number and they did show up on time Cons: Overcharged and sold add ons more
