There came to my house chage me for a door that was not the color I asked for. they forced the window in and also did not put a new millbar there work is like very bad.

Never Ever Use this Company 11/27/2011

Four months ago I gave Brian Tepper an order for windows. He took my money, $6000 and has never installed my product and won't return my calls. The office is rude! I have talked to Lois and to a Wenny and they all but hung up on me. I think they are out of business. I called the other office in Tampa and they are out of business. I want my money back and no one will answer! more

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS 11/5/2011

On October 25, 2011 Better Business Bureau suspended this company's Accreditation for a pattern of complaints regarding failure to honor contracts and deliver products and/or services. I paid a deposit for a hurricane door in Sept 2011. On Nov 3, I received a letter from the former director of the Tampa Bay office that the business was closed. My deposit has not been returned. CROOKS!!! Anyone who has been swindled by this company needs to file a complaint with the Pinellas County District Attorney's office. more
