I had this company come out for an estimate and spoke to the salesman in detail about the project. I received his estimate and told him I would be getting a few more and would be in contact if I decided to go with them. Ultimately, I did decide to use Windows, Decks & Doors ""The Pros"" LLC. I called Michael (salesman) back to let him know that we were going to go forward with the project. During the call he seemed uninterested in doing the work for us. He did not ask to set up a time and when I asked about scheduling he told me it would be several months now (even though a week earlier, it was only a couple weeks out) to start the project. I told him I would have to speak to my wife and get back to him, as I just wanted to get off the phone due to his poor attitude. A few days later I called back, spoke to Michael, and asked why I received such poor treatment and why they had no interest in doing our project now. Michael said that was not the case and he was sorry if it came across that way. He stated that they would be happy to do the work and asked if I wanted to setup a time to have him come out and write up the contract. We did schedule a time for the next week. My wife and I were home waiting and nobody ever showed up, or even gave us as much as a phone call to let us know. We never heard from Windows, Decks & Doors ?The Pros? LLC again. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If customer service and reliability are important to you, this is not the company for you!
