Located near Ave Maria School of Law, the complex features 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. I'd liked living there because it was close to the law school and fairly priced relative to other places in Ann Arbor. The complex offers a referrel bonus for current residents, so it something to look into before signing a lease there.\r \r There is a community pool (which is open only for a few months), a tennis court, hot-tub, small workout room (kinda run-down), and a sauna. more

Management 8/25/2005

Overall the place is decent. Be careful about how much you are paying in, and keep your records handy. They won't let you know if you overpaid, and to get my deposit check back I had to cal and go in three times. One of the ladies should not be handling money and is real quick to get snappy with you.
