Stay away from Steve Windau's company, Windau Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning. I was a long time customer of Windau. Steve's tech was sent to my home a few weeks ago. The tech could not repair my Rheem furnace, and the tech also stained my carpet with dust from the furnace after he cleaned it. I called Steve about it. He did not listen to me at all and was disrespectful to me. I ended up calling another service company from Huron. DO NOT CALL WINDAU'S. Sincerely and signed, James. more
