Love Wind Water Gallery 12/16/2009

I'm always amazed at the great bargains I find in Wind Water. We stopped in during the Mistletoe Market and purchased some beautiful pieces of jewelery as well as Feng Shui items. Staff is always very knowledgable and friendly. Buy their ancient feng shui coins in red ribbon! Your luck is going to change : ) Pros: huge selection jewelery, Asian furniture, beautiful gifts more

Great selection of Unique Items 1/5/2009

As a designer I am always looking for unique things to help my clients decorate their homes. Several years ago I found Wind Water and seem to use them on almost all of my projects. They always have a huge selection of such unique things that I can't find anywhere else in Houston. The best thing is that everything is in stock and I can just take it with me or have them set up delivery. I go in often and they always have fresh stuff, I think they travel to China several times a year on buying trips. I can spend hours there and if I can't find it in the store then they take me to their warehouse down the street where they have even more furniture. Almost everything they have is one-of-a-kind so it really helps make each of my projects unique. Cathy and Ross are so knowledgeable about everything they sell, they always make it clear if an item is an antique or a reproduction. I love to take my clients there, the atmosphere is great and there is always so much to see. Pros: Great selection and atmosphere more

Best Selection I've Ever Seen in One Place! 1/5/2009

This place has so much more stuff than I imagined or it looks like from the outside. I have been to Asia several times and I felt like I was back in an asian market. Now I go here whenever I am looking for a unique gift or just want to treat myself to something. I have bought furniture and some other stuff for myself and jewelry and Chinese clothes for gifts. The young Chinese lady, I think she is the owner, is so friendly and helpful. The prices are already great but they will always give you a discount, just like an asian market.\r I am so glad that they are in the Heights, I just love to stop by because they always have so many new, unique things to see. Pros: Great parking, selection and service. They always have fun parties. Cons: Usually closed Mondays, my day off. more
