Recently I asked for a copy of my tests results, because page 2 was missing. When I asked the nurse to find me the second page, she kept telling me that there was no second page, only the first and third page. After much begging, she finally got my folder out and found that there WAS a second page to the test result, but somehow she felt that her incompetency was my fault, and told me the next time I ask for a copy, she would have to charge me. more

My family and I have been patients at Winchester Family Phy. for almost 15 years. Although Dr. Joel Solomon is a wonderful,caring doctor his office staff is horrible. Over the years I have had dropped appointments, no return calls, and medical assistants call my 10 & 5 year old daughters to give them test results.Most recently my 5 year old daughter received a letter from the office threatening to send her to collection and cancel her medical if she didn't pay a past due balance of $34.26. I had paid this bill in April 2006 and their office mis-applied the check. Mary, the office manager, was given all the information in June. She never corrected it. I have now changed practices!!!! more
