These folks have a knack for word-smithing the warranty section of the contract to fit their needs. There is NO SUCH THING, in their viewpoint, as a manufacture defect. According to their inside people, ALL defects are due to the homeowners action(s). This is translated to if there is a problem with the window, as long as it's ""accidental"" they will ""only"" charge you $75. This also includes crappy workmanship, poor installation defective glass, etc. They will ALWAYS say it is an ""accident"" and you end up paying for it. Customer service is non-existent so don't bother looking for it with this company. Plenty others out there that will treat you right. I just wish I had ""do-overs""....
